A few weeks ago a raccoon gave birth in our wall. Right beside our bedroom and exactly one week after we brought our newborn baby home. The sounds of the raccoon babies screaming were endless.We called Orkin and spoke with Ann, who assured us that it was going to be ok. She booked our consultation and the following week we met Jason. Jason was so calm, friendly, and professional.Jason reassured us that everything was going to be ok. He went up on the roof and set the trap, and was back every single day to check it. I would call Jason on his cell to ask for updates and he would always text or call me back. He never made me feel like I was bother, always like we were a priority.Jason tried a variety of methods to get the mom raccoon out. He was committed to seeing the job done. I truly believe he went above and beyond.Once the mom was trapped Jason went into our attic to find the babies. He had to return twice as we couldn’t find them or hear them in the wall. When we did hear them again Jason prioritized returning to our home immediately. After no success with reaching them through the attic, Jason gently cut into our kitchen wall and got them out. We were expecting a big mess to clean up but there was nothing but two small holes and he even replaced the cut out back into the wall.From the moment we met Jason we were so impressed by his expertise and professionalism. He is truly exceptional and deserves all the recognition and praise.Thank you so much for getting the raccoons out of our home and for hiring fine folks like Jason. We really appreciate it.

Marc and Samantha got here at the exact time they had indicated. They did a very thorough job and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I used Orkin last year for the same thing and I fully expect it will work as well this year. I'll be able to sit outside with spiders (and their droppings) dropping on me, or the threat of dropping on me! Marc and Samantha even handled a difficult neighbour calmly and remained professional.
