The owner of this place, had the breach of conduct as per Brenda and other management from Hair club suggested. Rest his behaviour clearly comes of mischievous, being the owner himself Joe would disguise you claiming there are other owners and partners to make himself not look bad.Most of the people working has no license as barber or hair training institute which I have complaints made with licensing authorities soon to be visiting , along with agencies and testimonies from hair club to whitewash this place. One a thief, Always a thief. Once a cheater always a cheater story it is.I would recommended jumping on Amazon or eBay to order your system usually around $100, put everything you want in the instructions. They actually follow, but this place ordered cheapest possible wigs in the world from third war countries claiming it's taking over an year. If the results are not satisfactory ordering your hair online, and getting simple $20 hair cut wearing that system from Great clips. I will give you your money back personally. Its affidavit you will feel satisfied over paying them 1000-2000 may be more with over an year of a wait.They just put sample undersized or oversized hair on people's head, ripping their soul apart. I’ve been with 3rd from day one . Diana and joe are amazing people and are always there to lend a hand in every way . I don’t use a system on a daily basis but I use their tribute hair for all my shows and I recommend over and over to the best of the best in the music world to them . Top quality hair and styles cut and fit . Most natural looking hair systems in the GTA . And it’s a one stop shop for hair , hair care , glue and everything you can possibly need . So convenient. Bunch of crooks. They will show you a good product, then take your deposit and then after months of asking they will provide a cheap quality product. Do your research and you will find a lot of cases against this business in the Consumer Protection Office. All employees are dishonest crooks.

All these last few reviews are a fake accounts. This is due to a guy wanting a free hair system and we didn’t want to offer him one because he made racist comments to all the staff and was threatening us leaving bad messages scaring our employees. We have contacted the police and are seeking legal actions against tim…. He has never had any of our service as you see he doesn’t even know the cost of hair systems or our prices. Again tim like I suggested over the phone we don’t need or want any clients who speak to us the way you did. All the best buddy..

Checking the most recent series of feedback in the last 3 years of people with live proofs. It's been a disaster with 60 percent of customers walking out unhappy from being conned at this place. We know half of these goodbacks prior to these 3 years could be all staged and pre-meditated from clients and workers kickbacks.However just factoring in latest 3 years of feedback and my own experience with Owner Joe and company suggests. This place is based on total lies and cheats, with promises never to be fulfilled and your product and services to never arrive after years of waiting. Covid is history and so is all the excuses based on that. It's been annoying journey of callbacks with owner himself running this bad practices of racket to keep coming with strangest of possible excuses leading you on. There has to and will be stricken action, owner should be dragged to consumer court for mischievous acts being carried out at this place at enlarge. Do not agree to put any money without the product being readily available. As the quality or anything if you are lucky to receive at later date, after paying token advance. You will regret as this being the most regretful decision of your lives.

I’ve been a client here since 2019. Initially their services and products were good. However over the last six months their customer service has become horrid and they do not deliver on what you’re paying.Often times the hair stylist is running late or doesn’t even show and I only find out until it’s 30 minutes after my appointment. That’s ridiculous, I’ve driven an hour and taken time out of my day and they couldn’t even tell me the stylist is not coming until AFTER my appointment. This place is poorly managed where they do not respect their customer’s time.Furthermore the last piece they gave me was a stock system even though I’m paying the premium price for a custom made system. That was the last straw and I will never be going back here again.You can get your own system from Lord Hair and watch a couple YouTube videos on how to make your own template and how to cut your own piece. Takes a little bit of practice but it’s the best option when these guys don’t even pick up the phone.

I love this place. I always bring my uncle here to do his hair and they have the best staff ever. Always offering me coffee or anything else i might need while waiting. Thank you being great staff and doing a great job on my uncles hair. He loves it and will be back for more in the future.

Buyer beware!!! These ppl are scams. Will take all your money upfront, will provide you with the cheapest quality unit and then stop communicating when you complain. I am out $2000 and the unit only lasted 3 days literally. They refused a refund and a replacement. Threatening to call the police if I ever come back. These complaints on here are legitimate, DO NOT give your money to these scams. This shop has pending investigations through better business bureau and a small claims court case.

Amazing hair studio staff were amazing always welcoming. The beautiful diana really helped me feel confident with my new system I felt amazing and loved as there staff help me gain my confidence back after years of my hair lost. I couldn’t thank 3rd dimension enough for there crazy effort and work. Can’t wait to continue and grow my journey with you guys. Big thank you to diana.
