I moved from Bell to Telus only to have regretted my decison. Agreed freebies were never applied and my zero billing for 6 months I was charged every month with late fees. Their billing system is very poor. Their call centre staff keeps transfering the calls since its not their department number of times. Its frustrating. Stay or be with Bell, East link, Rogers. Not Telus.

Great service every time I come to this location. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to visit this location!

When I visited a few days ago, an employee named San Welsh gave a very friendly consultation. It was the best telus staff I've ever met. Thank you very much Sam.

This was my second time recently at this location with Aldon helping me out, and i had the absolute BEST time!! He was super helpful, knowledgable, and kept my wife and i happy and laughing the entire visit! Getting a new phone and updating my contract is a long process, and can be very boring, but Aldon really made the time fly, and made sure i understood everything that was happening! Thank you so much!!

Went and upgraded. Always have insurance on my phone. Looking over my account and noticed the new employee never added it after I specifically told him to. Other employees were telling him how to do the upgrade but he screwed it up. He did not want to seem to listen. Then blamed the computer. Then proceeded to do it on a lap top which was not hooked up to a printer. Still same issue couldn't get it to go through. He finally listened to one female employee. Imagine that it worked. My point is if I broke my phone it wouldn't be covered. Do you job

Sometimes you will get excellent service, and then the next time you go in you need to argue your case for ages to get service you're paying for. Employees often lack the information needed to assist you, and don't seem to know where to find it.

Terrible. Can't handle a simple phone return for repair. 2 attempts to return a Telus phone and long wait for absolutely nothing.

Just find a different company Bell Aliant is probably your best bet but apparently Eastlink has really good phone services too, start off with the staff is pretty pushy/rude if you are not sure about something they make you sure, they were also really trying to get my social insurance number which I'm not sure why, they never really told me why either and I never had any other phone company ask me that, anyway after I continue to protest they just refused to help me with anything, to be honest they just sound/seem Shady to deal with. My mother was promised a free iPad for being with them for 10 years yeah well she's still paying for the iPad on top of her phone and the insurance that she bought for her phone apparently doesn't count if the phone breaks... then why did she have to pay for the insurance? Isn't that the entire point? Anyway I'm sure other places are okay but this one I'm not sure about
