Positing about this company, The delivery experience using Canada Post is totally unacceptable, my auto order was billed to my card and then I did not receive anything, went to the website and learned that it had been sitting at the post office for just a bout a week and was going to be shipped back if I did not pick up within a few days. First off, I never received a delivery notification in my mailbox, 1st or final. Took my id into the Rexall post office and they said it was not there, they asked me for the tracking number, went to the website, got it and magically it appeared damaged, with my name on it. The personnel tells me that the new computer system does not have my name on the package, well it was right there in black and white. Do not purchase your pods from this company, until they change their delivery system.I purchased coffee pods on the website on Sunday, and I made a mistake on the order so I phoned in first thing Monday morning and I was told that I could not adjust the order as it had been already placed, and that I only had 30 minutes from the time of placing the order to change it. It would of been great for them to say that their customer service was open 24/7. Now that I have asked to speak to a supervisor, they say that it will take 3 to 5 business days to get back to me. I would suggest not buying your coffee pods from this company.

My machine stopped working without even having it for a year. I called customer sevice and after having me check to make sure the needles weren't broken he told me my machine needs to be replaced and it's not covered under warranty any longer. This is an expensive coffee maker if it's not even going to last for a year. Customer sevice did send me a coupon for 35% off if I purchase from their site.

I don't know where to start. I guess I will start with the good and finish with the bad. For the price, their orient express coffee is good...until you find a shredded rubber band in your can. I did not want to post this because I thought I could have this resolved with Keurig directly but since they are attempting to subtly get rid of my request, I feel compelled to share my abysmal experience with Keurig. For starters, upon my first call, they have attempted to have me buy K-cups and I would get another k-cups box for free (BOGO: buy one get one). Notice that I have reported a 908g can of ground coffee beans. Nothing to do with K-cups. Second, they have asked me to send the can which was half full along with the foreign object. 4 weeks later, I did not have any return from them. I had to follow up twice to finally get an answer one week later which claimed that they had never received what I sent them. However, I had kept the shipping receipt and I could also prove that they had received the package 2 days after it was shipped. I got offered a free 304g bag of ground coffee which does not even cover what was left in the can I shipped to them. So it's either they are lying to me and trying to cover up their mistake or it's simple incompetence. This is the worst after-sale service I have seen. Really disappointed...

Just bought a Keurig coffee maker for the first time in my life. Quite disappointed. The machine stopped working just two days after I bought it. I called customer service, the guy on the phone asked a couple of questions to understand the problem, and made me do some testings. When he finished, he said they're going to send me another machine. Keurig didn't even apologize or expressed any concern that I'm going to stay without coffee until the machine gets shipped, nothing whatsoever. Cold as ice. Disappointed.

I enjoy my coffee but the website could be a little more user friendly. I tried to reorder the last order. However I assume the decaffeinated coffee I wanted was unavailable was just dropped. No message or explanation. The frustration of trying to update my cart was pain

I swear the call center reps have the min required to live, breath, sleep, and eat. That is it !! The worse by far experience with the employees at Keurig!!!! The worst!!!!I will never support or purchase Keurig in any shape way or form, I will warn all others about my experiences!!!!!I have several recordings of the reps and my interactions with them and will be forwarded to your head office.

Tried to get assistance with the purchase of a new Keurig Coffee maker. Tried to register for warranty. The company would not help me. Told me I purchased a commercial brewer and they could not help me with that. They blew me off with bogus phone numbers to call. Asked why I did not receive a specific part with the machine and I was given various answers. This company has a serious customer service problem!

I have ordered online from Keurig Canada for the first time. The company tripled charged me for the order. Upon calling the company I was told someone would call me within 24-48 hours to discuss the issue because the customer support team answering my call could not resolve the issue. First order & I will not order from this company again. I will find a different supplier not owned by Keurig. Next coffee machine I buy will not be a Keurig.

Great Customer Service! I am now on my third Keuring. My first one 1.0 only lasted a year before burning out. Never thought to call customer service because warranty had run out. Because we love the Keurig convenience we purchased a new 2.0 model over two years ago. This one had a number of issues after 2 years of use. I was not pleased at the longevity of the product and was considering switching to a different method for making my morning joe! Someone suggested calling customer service and telling my story even though it was far out of warranty. I did and even though it took a little negotiation, I have a brand new unit that was delivered to my door. Seriously, what company takes customer service that high. Although I am still disappointed with the product's longevity (which is why they are only getting 4 stars), their customer service is the tops. Thanx Keurig!
