Courteous, but expensive repair with just few touch ups

Nice service. But the warranty works only if you keep the fixed car

Nice attention, time for estimation was very good.

They give me an apointment but haven’t received the parts,parts don’t arrive so they can’t begin ,nor do they call me to reschedule. I was assured it was a question of days, two weeks later I explain to my insurance company they inquire and I get an apt for the next day. They tell me a part is still missing but should arrive soon.I was asked to sign a disclosure they were not responsible for any delay due to part delays, when I refuse to sign it I’m handed off to the director.I explained I can’t sign it because of the already two and a half month delay. And I may need more than 24 notice to return rental and pick up my car if I’m out of town, also there policy, I told if I’m not happy I can go elsewhere.I did!If you need to go there be very patient , it’s their way or the highway.

Some hiccups at first but they were patient while I was dealing with my insurance cie. Car came back perfectly. Overall I’m satisfied.
