The lady Magzina is super helpful what she did for me nobody want to do for a customerI forgot to renew my PO Box and that allotted to someone else she requested to that person and give it back to me …thanx magzina

I posted a registered letter today and lost my tracking receipt etc. I traced my steps back but couldn't find the receipt. I had the most amazing experience with Post Canada employee Magzina" who not only helped me with my tracking details but also gave a photocopy of my envelope. She was busy

The Ladies working here do not know much about all the services they provide and the related things. So I had a draft I made from Canada Post, which was returned as mail for some reason & I had decided not to deposit it again but get it cashed instead. Now the staff here do not know how to validate it as it is just a 2 min task on the website but instead the lady called the call centre which also had a very busy line because more then 1 hour but the an internal call was not being attended external calls or customer calls might be taking 4-5 hours. Anyways so after waiting for 1 hour & the ladies not knowing how to validate the draft online, I went to the next location where it literally took 2 mins for me to do what I needed to do and go my way. PLEASE FULLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF HERE SO THEY CAN PERFORM ALL THE SERVICES CANADA POST PROVIDES. MORE THEN ONE HOUR WASTED FOR NOTHING LITERALLY.

I was attended by magzina…she was very polite and guided us very well …will visit this location again for my shipping needs.

The lady there is very helpful and friendly. She helped me to choose the best way to send my passport applications using the Express Post with tracking. She even asked me to take a picture of my form so that I have my record. Thank you!

If you have any work related to Canada Post, I highly recommend visiting this post office. Magzina is very kind and helpful.
