100% Recommended.By far the best customer service you can find in town.Gary and his team know their business very well. They are super helpful at picking the best option for glasses when it comes to style/fashion and price. Gary is very friendly. Feels like you are going to catch up with a family member or good friend when you visit Point Optical.

Point Optical was recommended by a very stylish and trusted friend, and I’m always delighted to shop local. The friendly, confident staff offered great selection, and gave me the information I needed to select my first frames and lenses. Their prices are great, and I even happened to catch a sale! I have been going to Gary for as long as I can remember. Always top quality service. Gary makes you feel like family. There is lots of selection, you can really find the perfect fit and style.I've moved to BC recently and still goto Gary and his team. 10/10 would recommend.

Did not assess what distance I needed for computer glasses then I had to pay additional $320 to get the right distance prescription. YXE Stonebridge Eyecare sat me down to explain there were 4 different distances depending on the need.

I have received awesome service from all the staff at Point Optical (Scotia Centre). The owner Gary has been super helpful and his follow through is great! I had to go to another optical to have my frames tightened and they damaged the lenses. I spoke with Gary and he immediately ordered me new lenses and made sure that it didn't affect my warranty! Awesome customer service and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this Optical and will continue my business with them in the future.
