Very good service on the phone and with the delivery. There was however a scratch and some of the porcelain was nicked. We do not another one because it cost a lot to install.one

This appliance parts store is the place to go !This morning I visited this location to have two parts for my electric dryer replaced.A thermistor and the heating element which were defective.The sales parts /counter person was very courteous , friendly as knowledgeable.He additionally rechecked the defective parts I had brought in confirming they were indeed defective.This is my first choice for appliance parts.

The Markone Supply on The Queensway is one of the best appliances stores in the GTA. What truly differentiate this store from the others is the unbelievably knowledgeable staff. There is an elderly gentlemen there that knows almost everything about the appliances, and even if not, he will be spending considerable time to find similar part for better price. They carry the major brands and have access to almost entire America's inventory. If you need parts to replace faulty ones, this is the place to come.PS. I have recently bought End Cap Handle WG02L01978 for GE Profile stove and there was a replacement WB07X10034.

We experienced awesome service from Marcone at 1035 The Queensway re a bake element for an older Kenmore Stove.Tried so many places like Home Depot, Cdn. Tire, Rona, Home Hardware and Lowe's and none of them were able to help. Finally tried Marcone and had absolutely no trouble at all getting this part.The staff there, namely, Paul and Lisa were amazing, so helpful and courteous. If there's any appliance part anyone needs, you have to go to Marcone.
