Can't believe this issue is still going on for almost a decade. They seem to be the only post office in Canada that does not understand the details of Canada Post proof of residency" rules. The workers here run on bad/oversimplified info regarding documentation requirements for parcel pickup and it affects a lot of people that don't have their permanent address here

I had an Amazon direct shipment to their post office. While I showed my ID, she asked me to provide her a proof of address! Despite of my explanation that it is a direct shipment. She asked me proof of address! To where?! Really disappointing ....

NEGATIVE FIVE STARI arrived there 7:59 and the door was locked. The rude guy working at the pharmacy store (the Canada post is located in the pharmacy) said they are closed. I said i need to get my job done tonight, but after he realized that it was a package pick up, he said we cant help. VERY VERY RUDE. 100% sure that if i had to pay something for my job, the situation would be different. The only thing they dont care about, is the customer.NEGATIVE FIVE STAR

Worst Canada Postal outlet I've visited. Painfully slow service. Staffer seems oblivious to the line up of customers. I'll never visit here again.

Costomer service seems non-existant. Tried calling all day about a package but went to voicemail everytime. The people there are nice though. But don't waste time trying to call

There is rarely, if ever, someone working behind the counter. Myself and other have waited in excess of 15 minutes, before searching the store for someone who works there, just to drop off a package. This isn’t occasional, this is constantly unfortunately.

I reached there to post an international mail and asked how can I send this with a minimal cost and can tract the movement"? He (the guy works at the pharmacy and they do not wear the name tag; the Canada post is located in the pharmacy) replied "the only way I know will cost you over 70$". I explained him that last time it was around 20 for me. Anyway

No number posted so I couldn't call to confirm if they were open. When I got there, it was about 10-15 min to close (posted time), and it wasnt open. So I think they close a bit earlier than posted times, try to arrive earlier I guess.

Multiple visits to this post office to drop off parcels to the clerk, Brian. He is efficient in processing the parcels and is courteous throughout the transaction. Unsure of other clerks. I have not used any other Canada Post services at this location and have not interacted with any other clerk.
