My husband bought me the most beautiful Valentine's day bouquet from here. The flowers were fresh, and lasted a long time. We loved their product so much that we decided to order flowers from here so that my mum can arrange our wedding centrepieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. We walked in to order the wedding flowers and the process was easy and the customer service was efficient and bang on. We look forward to seeing our floral selection in a few weeks!! :)

Anita put together a very beautiful custom decorated orchid for a delivery order. Unfortunately they delivered cut flowers instead. I only found out because the recipient sent me a picture. They rectified and delivered the correct item shortly after I notified them. Despite Anita’s skills at designing lovely arrangements, I don’t think I’ll use them again as I don’t think I can trust them to deliver as ordered; I felt like they tried to cheat me. If this had been delivered the first time, as ordered, I would have given 5 stars.

I go here every time I need flowers, for absolutely any occasion! My wedding, friends’ birthdays, Christmas, sympathy, and just because! They even helped me with the most beautiful arrangement for my mother-in-law for Chinese New Year! The owners/florists are very easy to talk to and provide great advice and education about their flowers and plants! Best prices and last so long!

It was my first time purchasing from this shop and I’m very disappointed at the quality. You can get longer lasting flowers from costco or superstore. I purchased these on Thursday and noticed some flowers were already drooping. I was in a hurry at the shop and didn’t take note of this then. My wife placed them in a vase and there was no pouch/flower food included to put in to the water. Only after 3 days the flowers started shriveling up and drooping. Better off buying some where else. I’ve included photos of when I first bought them and what they looked like 4 days later

I picked up an awesome bouquet for my gf here. She loved it! I called ahead and the flowers were ready for me when I got there. Great service. I'll definitely be back!
