I cannot express my gratitude enough to Giovanni! I recently had a claim through ICBC and saw this place had the highest ratings (and now I know why!). Giovanni was absolutely phenomenal at handling everything and made for such an easy process in a difficult situation. He went above and beyond anything I could have expected throughout this experience.Giovanni has excellent & friendly communication, and helped to reassure me multiple times with his amazing knowledge and experience. It was nice to feel like I was in such good hands in a very stressful situation. Very professional, efficient, and accommodating.Thank you so much for all of your time and effort Giovanni and Christensen Collision! My car looks amazing and the service was some of the best I have ever received. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs repairs :)

Raj and the staff at Christensen collision have been very helpful and accommodating through the difficult and inconvenient experience of the damage to my car. Their professional and courteous performance and behavior were exactly what I needed. They provided an excellent courtesy car while mine was in their shop, and communicated in a clear and timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had called about 4-5 other shops in town before I called Christensen Collision, and I'm so happy I went with them. They were able to look at my car the same day to make sure it was safe to drive, they got me in quickly to get it repaired. I very much appreciated the courtesy vehicle. Recently had a claim through ICBC and was recommended here. The work done on my vehicle was excellent. The full back panel & bumper were caved in and came back looking good as new. Professionally ran business. I’ll defiantly be bringing my vehicle back for future problem's.

Super friendly and helpful people! They went out of their way to help me even after knowing I wouldn't be getting any work done there (truck was a write off). They did more than they were required to do when I was in need. I would recommend them to anyone and will tell my friends too.
