I Hired Brad Gotham to inspect a house I had made an offer on, on Lake Thomas. I was there with him as he inspected the house. As he worked he explained to me what he was looking for, any problems that he found, and what needed to be repaired. Brad was very professional , courteous, and honest. He is very knowledgeable about everything a inspector needs to know. I believe he is someone you can trust to do a great job for you.In fact, the sale on original property I was going to buy ending up not working out. Around 4 months later, I found another house that I put an offer on, and I hired Brad to inspect that one as well. Just a great guy and very trustworthy.
