Very happy in my experience so far regarding the customer & cell service I've received. Customer services assisted me in a very timely fashion over a weekend, going above & beyond to correct my situation. Cell-Service has been pretty good throughout Windsor, would recommend!

Such a great place. I was there on Monday and was treated with so much kindness. I had a couple questions about my phone and i was speaking to an employee with the name Aziz, he was super respectful and helped me so much. Amazing employee keep it up!

Incredible Service, Bahjat assisted me in choosing a phone. I found an excellent wonderful plan that is pleasant and meets my needs! I'm telling all of my friends to visit this place!

My sister and I were struggling with determining the issue with our phone and to my surprise I had a patient employee help us out. Adrian was very patient and did not rush us which reduce all stress levels. Thank you for the great service. :))

Very very good customer service by chatr employee, i had changed my number from other provider to chatr. There was an employye with name Nehel. He explained me all the plans so pateintly and gave me the plan to meet my needs. Unfortunately, I did not have my card on me that time so i had to get to my activation next day from another employee. After activation, the sim card didnt work for 1 day and ilmy number wasnt working either. I had to go to the mall couple of times, but couldnt be fixed. I then went again on saturday and found nehel was working. I expressed my concern to him and he politely replied saying i will help you fix this no mattwr what. It took us an entire day, the employee spoke to chatr customer service on my behalf to figure out. Inspite of being so busy at his work, he offered his seat to me and helped me. He finally fot my number working and i was relieved. I wanted to quit this after such a horrendous start, but decided to stay only for the efforts the employee put in to assist me. He also told me that the bug wasnt on chatr end. I have not had issues since then. Very good service to sum it up.

Amazing Customer Service. The Employees are super helpful and reliable! They helped me choose the perfect phone plan for my son. Definitely a great place for all your phone needs.

I was here at chatr store in the mall and sales representative Nihal explained me all the plans and their offers thoroughly. He ensured to set up my phone after activating my plan. Overall it was a pretty smooth process.

Aziz was super helpful and knew exactly what to recommend to me based on what I told him my needs were, very pleasant experience. Went back again and spoke to Adrian who was also great! They deserve praise!!
