I just grabbed a take out. I asked for no egg. They forgot. Not a big deal. It was a morning so it’s understandable. The food tasted good and my iced tea was excellent!

This is a fairly standard Starbucks but should honestly be a larger location. The tight ordering area and the even tighter pickup area is challenging at virtually any time. The staff are always friendly and drinks are well made but for some reason it is on the slower side. The seating area is also quite some but common amongst other downtown, central locations.

Placed a mobile order here today, which took 13 minutes to make one drink. I watched people come in, order their drinks, and leave, while still waiting on mine. I will also never understand why they heat your food item before they even start preparing your drink, my banana bread was cold by the time I even got it.

Ordering a customized order was easy, relatively quick, and the store is always clean and very welcoming. I like the layout of the store, especially and it’s great location to take a little break at and relax.

As someone who usually prefers Tim Hortons, I must say that Starbucks is a pretty decent option too. While it may be a bit expensive for some, I find their drinks and snacks quite enjoyable. What's even better is the exceptional customer service provided by the baristas. In particular, I had a great experience at one of their locations where a girl named from A (Indian) greeted every customer with a smile and made sure to cater to their needs. Although I may not visit Starbucks as often, I would definitely consider giving it another try in the future.

A convenient location in uptown waterloo with amazing staff! Dropped by for my Starbucks fix around 11am & there was a bit of a line. The lady who took my order & the gentleman who handed out my drink were super friendly. Another worker also gave each person waiting for their drinks a cookie - I waited around 10mins for my tall caramel frap!

I used to have mostly good macchiato and pleasant experience at this location. During my last visit, however, I observed a practice never expected from Starbucks.The staff who did my order had no idea how to make espresso macchiato so she poured two shots of coffee and filled the cup with hot milk, showing she had no training at all. No one could blame her for what she did. But what really amazed me is, when I told the girl that that would not be a macchiato, the senior staff (presumably the manager) took the coffee/milk mixture, poured half of the cup, topped it with milk foam and gave it to me as a double macchiato:). My experience, anywhere in the world, is, if one makes espresso/macchiato drink incorrectly, they make you another cup coffee. Maybe that is not the practice in the Starbucks world.In my world that is a symptom of a rotten company culture. Looking at this it is not unreasonable to assume that, if the pastry one orders drops on the floor, they just pick it up and put in paper bag and give to the customer. That scares me.
