Great service on all occasions that I had to make a visit. I did not get the name of the lady who had returned from maternity leave who gave me correct information on dealing with out of province drivers license and car import. The second time I came with my car for registration and insurance, got excellent service from Laura who explained everything well and also helped me with fixing my license plates. Highly recommend.

Gigi was very friendly and efficient in helping us obtain our vehicle registration and insurance. Being from Alberta we were not familiar with the process in BC. Gigi explained the options for our insurance. We left comfortable that we had the right insurance. Would highly recommend.

Terrible! I would give them zero if I could. None of the regular staff were present. I apparently interrupted texting that staff were doing so he told me to go online and pay it myself. I told him I was a client of theirs for many years and have always come by to pay in person as I need a proof of payment stamp. That’s why I come in person. I know how to use electronic devices. The person”serving” me told me to give him my card. No pleasantries whatsoever. I told him to cancel what he was doing and another staff member came out with a form cancelling the entire policy. She said she was listening but she wasn’t. I wanted the arrogant broker to stop doing anything with my policy. I didn’t want to cancel the policy. He later came up to me in the parking lot and said I needed to listen to him. He denied all of the above and said that everybody loves him. He continued to accuse me of lying and said he could process my policy in 5 minutes. This is the worst insurance agency ever! This is disappointing because I do like the owner and his daughter. It’s unfortunate he has hired substandard staff.

I was just driving by last month from my brand new job and saw the AutoPlan sign so I took a chance and drove in. Keisha Theodore was very helpful and gave me some great advice on renewing my car insurance. This is the difference between a data entry clerk and a professional....I never experienced this before and was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes getting insurance can be an intimidating experience but I felt she was on my side. She is a diamond and it's easy to see she cares and really takes pride in her job. I hope she is recognized & promoted within this company.
