Honest and very trustworthy company. We recently had to upgrade our alarm system at 100 room hotel and not only were they incredibly fast but they honored a quote that was much lower than they expected which is incredibly rare these days. Service is excellent as well. When we had a fire alarm go off by accident their monitoring affiliate called right away and was able to speak with the fire department so quickly that the fire crew wasn't dispatched to our site.We were previously with a large corporate company and attempting a routine phone call and going through several prompts while on hold trying to speak with anyone took a minimum of 10 minutes. (This could be costly in case you need to inform your monitoring company of any false alarms because you will get charged for the fire department coming to your site.) This almost happened to us once as we weren't able to pick up the first phone call as our staff was busy trying to find the cause of the alarm. When we realized it was a sprinkler malfunction the phone call out to the larger corporate company almost took too long, luckily it was one of their slower days.However, a simple quick call to applied communications and someone will pick up instantly. Extremely happy we switched over to Applied Communications. Their cheaper rates and better service makes this company and their monitoring affiliate a no brainer choice!
