I had Joe help me recently with a back that I had wrenched doing yard work. The pain kept me out of chairs. Standing was difficult, sitting was worse and driving almost impossible. After a few appointments and a set of exercises, it is as though I never had an issue. Along the way, Joe helped me understand the mechanics of my body, and the things that I was doing that were getting me in trouble. The staff are all friendly, accommodating and helpful. I have gone from barely able to hobble around to planning my return to running. Thanks Joe!

I have been seeing Adam for over a year for my shoulder and lower back pain. I always look forward to visiting Adam because I know I’m going to get Expert advice and well taken care of. Adam is very professional and His knowledge and understanding of physiotherapy is impeccable. I Highly recommend him.

I had Bethany and then Kathleen for running injuries. Loved both of them! Super good listeners, made me really comfortable, explained everything I was doing and always happily answered any questions. Also, I love that Kathleen makes a point of keeping very up to date on current research and telling you about how it can help you.

I had an hour session with Lambrini Mantzios and it was a great experience. I started off by describing the areas in which I felt pain and she explained what the possible problems could be in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the session she was considerate and mindful and checked up on the pressure regularly. I thought that I would need a few appointments for my back-pain & rib pain but it was completely gone and it hasn't reoccurred since. Although my back felt tender from the treatment I knew that that was part of the process and I have no regrets (it was my first booked professional massage so it was different from the free massages I usually encounter). I definitely recommend going to her as she was able to fix my problem in just one session.

I have seen Kathleen multiple times now and can say hands down that she's one of the best physios I've visited. She is very thorough, stays informed with the latest research and has been able to help me understand my injury (and steps for recovery) that I haven't been able to get seeing other practitioners. Kathleen is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns and questions. She provides great treatment and sends me away with easy and manageable exercises to practice. I'd definitely recommend her!

Honestly disappointed in the service. Was rushed (even though appt started 15mins late), not given exercises and educated on their importance, questions were not answered despite being asked. Also the PT was quite rough in their tests, beyond what was necessary for diagnosis.

DO NOT GO HERE. I had reoccurring hamstring injuries from hockey. The PT told me I had scholiosis(I do not have scholiosis) and used a massage gun on me for the rest of the session. Incredibly disappointing service for over $100. Went to WSM at weber and university after and I was back to hockey in a couple months.

I have had Beth work on me for physiotherapy and I have had Lambrini work on me for massage. This place is great. The people are soft spoken and good listeners. They are all very friendly and down to earth. I have been going here for years and I hope to continue for years to come.

I had Beth as my physio therapist, and she was absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable and thorough, really tried to solve the problem. I have had chronic low back pain for 2 years. And after the first session she pretty much solved the problem. Definitely recommend seeing her.

I am a long-term client of massage therapist Lambrini Mantzios. Tried many others before friends recommended Lambrini, and can't be happier! The clinic files paperwork with benefits insurer directly, saves time. Highly recommend!!!
