It all starts from the top here at Yorkdale Oliver Peoples. to Jeff. always a class act, professional and so welcoming. George and I can't think of anywhere else to buy our glasses. NOt to mention they're the coolest glasses. more importantly though Brian. A star :). such a gentleman and SO knowledgeable. i literally hate shopping for glasses. Brian somehow nabs it each time. knows what to look for and translate it into something timeless. EVen their co workers - Isabella - join in the fun and offer opinions even if it means telling a customer a style might not work for them. i really apprecaite it. love coming in here each time even if just to say hi. i don't think people ( no pun LOL ) understand there's an actual art and knowledge to glasses, especially those of us with prescriptions who don't know what to buy. thank you for always being so professional! Brian Ho was the licensed optician who assisted me during my visit at Oliver Peoples Yorkdale. He helped me pick out the perfect frame, as we went through several models in the store, and he was exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional. Additionally he was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Overall it was a real pleasure shopping at Oliver Peoples Yorkdale thanks to Brian's customer service.

I came across the store about half an hour before closing. The service I received from Isabel was excellent. She was very patient and responsive to my questions. She took the time to educate me on the different options and went above and beyond, even helping me pick the right frames for my face and adjust them to fit perfectly. Can’t wait to be back, thank you Isabel!

Visited the store last Thursday as I needed to replace the lens on my strummer sunglasses. Two salespeople named Isabel were very helpful, attentive & friendly. Amazing customer service and the store is impeccable! Great shopping experience. Thanks Ladies!
