Toronto Luxury Suites

We stayed a couple of times with Toronto Luxury Suites. The staff namely Adam, Maha and Dennyare always amazing, very accommodating and Cooperative.The condo was perfect for our needs and felt like our home.I strongly recommend Toronto Luxury Suites to anyone looking to rent a condo in Toronto, and I will continue to book with them again in the future.

With assistance from Adam and Maha, we were able to rent a suite at 300 Front for the month of October, and were able to renew it for November and December. Even with the ubiquitous construction projects blocking some streets, this put us a mere 15 minutes from Princess Margaret Hospital, reducing our commute from Burlington by an hour each way - making early mornings far more tolerable. Our suite had a wonderful view of the sunset skies over Toronto and the lake from the tall windows at the end of the cozy living room area. The full eat-in kitchen, including dishwasher, made for easy food prep, and the office chair was a welcome addition to the living room seating when one of us stretched out on the sofa. A low window in the bedroom added fresh air for sleeping in the comfortable bed. Lots of hanging space and hangers were most welcome. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk-in shower and fluffy towels. The washer/dryer stack was a pleasant surprise and made it easy to keep bedding and towels fresh between visits from the housekeepers every 2 weeks. Garbage and recyclable chutes on the same floor made it easy to leave the suite fresh for next time when we left to spend a few days at home. We were happy to have this home away from home during long days of tests and treatments at Princess Margaret Hospital.

I had stayed with them for one month and had a really good stay. The place was better than a hotel and definitely worth the money. I would 100% recommend Toronto Luxury Suites for short term stays. Tamas assisted me with the whole process and made it very smooth. I was able to move in the day I made my enquire on an emergency basis. They are very fast and you can reach out to them at anytime. Thanks Tamas for your help. I’ll definitely book again when I visit Toronto.

I remember two years ago staying with TLS for couple months due to renovations and healthcare issues within myself. I loved the stay definitely felt like home . I tried actually reaching out about 6 months ago via email for another stay and have yet to get a response back…. But I am looking once again for a short stay rental again approximately 4-6 months long with my 14 year old child and every time I reach out over the phone I don’t seem to be getting the assistance I needed ? Do you as a company preferably like phone calls over emails ? Would like to stay here with my business as i expressed truly felt at home and enjoyed it also I am in a time sensitive situation and do recall how effectively fast you all work to getting me into a comfortable place with everything one need ! Hoping for a response ASAP!

We really loved our stay with LTS. Maha did a wonderful job making the process very easy, finding a wonderful central location that met our needs for our time in Toronto and gave us access to amazing restaurants and activities. Maha answered all our questions very quickly and provided ongoing support during our stay. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, the building had great amenities, and the internet was great since I was working remotely. We would definitely be booking with TLS for any future stays in Toronto. Thank you for the great and friendly team, especially to Maha.

We stayed for 6 weeks in an apartment in Yorkville. It was a beautiful apartment ,well furnished at a great location . Their customer service is excellent. Adam and Denny were very helpful. Will definitely book an apartment with them for my next visit .

The staff at Toronto Luxury Suites were amazing to work with. Tamas and Maha were always lovely to speak with and very accommodating to our needs… adjusting our dates of stay as our needs changed.The condo was perfect for our needs and felt like our home away from home while we were in Toronto.I would definitely recommend Toronto Luxury Suites to anyone looking to rent a condo in Toronto. And I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Lived in 21 Balmuto Street near Bloor & Yonge for a couple of months in the winter. Great location - City Market and Rabba right up front and 4mins walk to the subway. For the suite itself, it was a 2 bedroom apartment on the 12th floor. The apartment was well furnished and well-lit. The washrooms and main living space (including the kitchen) were spacious. There was a good number of cooking utensils and crockeries and there was sufficient closet space in the bedrooms. Bi-weekly cleaning were done well. Lobby is alright and the security/concierge team was always helpful. There were parking space for residents (4 floors) and visitors (about 9 spots).Few negative points: One of the fridge panels was broken. One of the bedside table tops was broken. The electric kettle was not sitting properly on its base. Nonetheless, the overall email response time of the Toronto Luxury Suites team is commendable.Would have given a 4.5* rating if I could. But since that is not an option 5* seems more reasonable than lowering it to 4*.

I would like to express a particular satisfaction and privilege for living at 32 Davenport Road, one of many apartments managed by Toronto Luxury Suites. From the first contact with Ms. Rooke, passing by all support provided by Mr. Janitens, for the proper taste in the decoration of the property, with everything working in a perfect order and the prompt response to our demands. Indeed, the experience of living in Toronto was unforgettable, and one of the reasons was the certainty of having chosen the Toronto Luxury Suites to rent a property. This company has gone above and beyond expectations. Toronto Luxury suites has made my stay so enjoyable. The level of service has been superb and there are literally no complaints but just praise.First off, they provide a turn key set up which essentially means all necessities are taken care of: utilities, internet, cable, TV, pots, pans, it is all there for you. This was an ideal situation given I am a traveler for work and stayed here for 8 months and didn't have time to sort these smaller details. They even swapped out the couch for me and provided me patio furniture once the weather got nicer!Even if a light bulb went out all I had to do was send an email and it was fixed that day. The level of service was truly exceptional and I highly recommend staying with them.If you want to feel what it's like to have a luxury treatment, stay with Toronto Luxury suites and you won't regret it. I only wish this could be my permanent set up.
