Fantastic experience today for me and my fiancee in preparation of our wedding. We partook in one of the Pride specials. This included a Swedish massage, Andre was fantastic and so polite and respectful. Selam did our pedis and our feet look wonderful! Everything is clean, smells great, and makes you feel restored and refreshed. The amenities are well-stocked, with body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deoderant, etc. And I absolutely need to mention the lounge. I could spend hours there, sipping tea and munching on fruit in the chic and fresh space!

I came here for a 50 minute Swedish Massage. My RMT was Damaris, she was very professional and really knows her stuff! She is the real deal! All of the stress I was feeling was gone and every muscle in my body felt rejuvenated!The ambience of the Spa is amazing too! Love the garden! So chill!I also have to mention how fantastic Ronit the manager at the front desk was. She was so welcoming and personable! Anyone out there looking for some needed me time, I highly recommend Elmspa!

Came here for my first facial before my upcoming wedding and I loved the experience. My esthetician was Laura, and she was great. She explained each step and was very professional and kind. Overall, great experience!

From the moment you walk in, to when you’re finished your treatment, every step of the way Elm Spa delivers a top quality experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to enjoy some ME time. What a beautiful place.

An oasis in the downtown core! I love Elmspa. The staff are so amazing and I always feel rejuvenated after my massages and the infrared sauna session. It is a small place but there is everything you need. The front desk always welcomes me with tea or remembers me (hi Sarah) and I just love that it is truly a healing space. A great alternative to its sister, Elmwood Spa. In terms of massages, Andre, Damaris and Isaac are wonderful, though I'm sure all the staff are equally talented.

Cozy, quiet spot for basic spa services. Price point is decent and reflects minimal amenities (quiet bamboo seating area, steam room, one shower, tea and water). Not ideal for couples/friend groups who want to book services at the same time, as they often only have one aesthetician. The pedicure chair doesn’t accommodate petite people- I was moved to a much less comfortable chair. It’s a good alternative to typical nail salons and/or fancier spas if you’re looking for a quiet escape/minimal services.

Recently I moved to Toronto and in need of massage therapy. Over the years, I had many massages from different spas in various countries/cities. Elmspa ranks the best! Damaris was the RMT I was paired with & she is PHENOMENAL. Extremely talented at what she does, and passionate. When you flip over onto your back, she moves the bed so that you’re almost sitting up and works her magic! Absolutely heavenly. I’ve never had a massage like it. Elmspa is was not only great, but Damaris is the sweetest person ever!! Welcomes you with the biggest smile.The manager/receptionist Ronite truly makes you feel at home. In the past, I have struggled to find a spa that makes you feel welcomed and not rushed. She is lovely to chat with and makes the spa feel warm. After my treatment, I can relax in the lounge around as long as I want. She understands that people come to a spa to relax, and not be rushed out after a treatment. One thing I love about this spa.If you are looking for a good massage/body treatment this is the place to go! Hopefully I can go back soon :)

I had an incredible afternoon of pampering at elmspa for Mother's day this past weekend! The swedish massage was absolutely amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly, and sitting in the beautifully green terrace space was very relaxing. Can't wait for my next visit!

We loved our experience at elm spa. Its location is very suitable if you are living anywhere in downtown. As we got to the location, the staff there were so welcoming and kind - they took our bags for me and placed it in a secure location while we had our massage. The place was very COVID friendly. They provided us with a robe and flip flops during my time at the spa. Before our appointment, they welcomed us to relax in the garden room where we were offered water and enjoyed the calming environment. We got the 80 min aromatherapy massage and it was so worth it. Andre the RMT was amazing and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and it made us feel relaxed leaving. It is worth every penny.

Service was top notch from the moment I entered. Came here with a friend for a relaxing visit. We surely enjoyed the water therapy and of course our massage. My masseuse was a few minutes late which made me feel rushed after the session, but overall still enjoyed everything. I met with a very lovely lady in the 3rd floor, I believe her name was Anne? very helpful and friendly!
