Renting with Brigil has now become a nightmare for me. I moved out of Brigil Horizon a year ago, and now all of a sudden I am getting bills from Videotron that do not pertain to me since internet was included in my rent. I have been in constant contact with Brigil and Videotron and both have been unsupportive, blaming everything on me and not caring at all. This experience has taught me to never rent from a company again, especially from Brigil.

Viviana helped us from beginning to end with our move. Moving provinces is never easy especially when you don't get a chance to visit the place in person. She was able to do it virtually and answered any questions we had. She always had a friendly approach which made it 10x easier. The place was exactly like we expected with a beautiful view!

If I could put 0 stars I would, they treat their tenants like they are nothing.They never answer the phone, they never answer emails, I litteraly called them everyday multiple times for months to receive the lease takeover file so I could give my lease away... because of the delays and the bad service, the tenants that were subletting from me got away and I got stuck with the appartment. They left the people subletting with a broken washer, dryer and a/c, making them use a taxi to go wash their clothes, for over a month. They are arrogant, and will make you feel bad when you reach out with questions. DONT GO THERE! (THEIR ANSWER TO MY REVIEW IS NOT TRUE, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A GOOD SERVICE AND I WILL KEEP MY 1 STAR BECAUSE THAT'S REALLY ALL THEY'RE WORTH, that's what reviews are for, so the public can know what to expect)

I would definitely always recommend Adviser Viviana, She is genually friendly, caring with prompt response. Very professional.

To whom it may concern,My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to move and found your lovely Gatineau apartment, Horizon.We were in love and ready to move in. We travelled 7 hours to see the unit.1. We were not greeted when we arrive for our appointment. The girl who helped us didn't even know we were coming after I'd confirmed it multiple times.2. NEXT, the apartment price listed on your website was dramatically different then the price we were given, which we were fine paying.We picked the unit we wanted and were then given the application.We mentioned MULTIPLE times that we had a cat and a dog and inquired that this was a pet friendly unit which the girl, Vanessa, who helped us said would be fine.We submitted everything and were really excited to move in.3. We were notified 4 days after we applied that the unit we wanted had been taken by someone else. You guys offered something else so I decided to call head office to ensure that it was a pet friendly building.4. I was transferred to the manager on duty, who then told me that only 1 pet per unit and must be under 20 pounds....NO ONE HAD TOLD US THIS AFTER 3 WEEKS OF COMMUNICATION WITH YOU.5. The manager told me she would call me back BUT NEVER DID.I am so disappointed in the service we received.  I genuinely believe no one wanted to help us and you lost out on a minimum 2 year lease and thousands of dollars from us.We are please to have found a company who respected us enough to help us through the process.I just thought you at head office would like to know how awful of an experience this was and how I will not be recommending this company to anyone unless you DRASTICALLY change your service level.-A very disappointed missed opportunity

Viviana helped me rent here. She was a joy to deal with, so lovely! Birgil, I hope you pay her well because she' great.I can not believe I really live here! It is close to everything and somehow still pretty quiet!I have a large dog, and there was no problem with that despite the website saying only small dogs are allowed. the rules do say that if she dies and I get a new dog, it has to be small.My response to the negative reviews:-It's not noisy. There's an average level of apartment noise.-indeed, guest parking (or if you didn't pay for underground parking) is hard to come by. I expected this, but I prefer to pick up my guests than trade any of the perks of living here.- Brigil is way better than other property management companies I have dealt with. They did take a while to tell me if my application was accepted, but they emailed me back right away about it. My dumb self couldn't figure out how to drain the tub and had to contact them to help me on my second day here and they came that day. There is also an emergency contact person who lives here.- I don't know how one would have bills for Videotron after moving out unless you forgot to cancel it. Internet is included in the rent, but you call Videotron to set it up and get a $0 bill every month. It's your account, not Brigil's. You can add your phone bill and everything to it and just change addresses when you move out.Most of the bad reviews are from the same person (Ester)

Beautiful condos. Prices reasonable considering all inclusions and common areas for the tenants.

Currently a tenant, although the price is a little steep the units are new and of a good quality. The only downside is the lack of visitor parking.
