Riza is fabulous! Reliable, friendly, professional, and a true dog whisperer!

Riza is an amazing trainer and I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for Kasha, my timid 3 year old rescue pup, and I! She is patient, kind, talented, and very knowledgeable when it comes to creating a calm and well balanced pack member.Over the duration of training my relationship with Kasha has strengthened, we have developed boundaries and structure in our household and on daily walks, learned how to welcome visitors, and addressed her history of bites. Now that I have completed the Behavior Modification Program I have have the skills I need to help my dog gain confidence and overcome her biggest challenge - meeting strangers!

Very disappointing. After contacting her and explaining the needs, I was booked for the assessment. I recieved a contract to sign and request for payment.My 8 year old son was very excited and was counting down days to meet up to start training his puppy.When I asked couple questions prior signing the contract , I was told all of the sudden that she finished other assessments and unfortunately she has no more room for training my dog that she initially committed to.Good advise for future: don't book the assessments if you are not sure that you will be able to commit to it....or at least say it in the beginning that you may cancel at any time.Wasted a week. By now I could have find someone else.Very unprofessional. Why lie? Only for public show i think.I do understand that animals require longer length of training. What I don't understand is why mislead people? Say you will do it and later say you will not.You can't discuss specifics because of privacy? We did not sign any agreements. Here are the facts:I contacted you asking to book me for January when puppy is older. Couple days later, You suggested why wait until January, just Do it right away. You were the one that suggested October 22nd. I agreed and you sent me the paperwork (two contracts to sign) and in separate email payment request. I was ready to sign the paperwork and to transfer payment, but prior that I had just couple questions in regards of the day of the assessment.As a response, you told me you do not have time to do the assessment. You said that people who did assessments with you that were done last week decided to enroll in training, therefore you have no time for me and have to cancel October 22nd assessment. Then you suggested someone else (most likely a friend of yours).You said you care about customers. No, You Do not! I was simply a Plan B" to you. If any of your assessments prior decided to not enroll in training you would be happy to proceed with my dog's assessment. It is not right for you to use others as a "Plan B"... your way of booking assessments is something like thst: "oh yeah

Truly thankful to have come across K9's Best! My time with Riza was very very worth it. She showed me the ropes to further improve my relationship with my dog, Tifa. Tifa has shown awesome improvements within ONE DAY of training! I believe if i continue the routine that Riza has taught me, Tifa will definitely grow up to be a well-trained dog!

Thank you Riza for all of your help with our puppy Maggie. You are awesome!! Because of the time and effort you put into working with us, we can walk Maggie on a loose leash, and we also learned so much about what she is thinking. You were fantastic at teaching our children how to be pack leaders as well. Our relationship with our puppy truly blossomed when you showed us how to establish boundaries and how to connect with her. We can’t thank you enough!

I can't say enough about how amazing our experience has been with Riza and K9's Best! We have learned so much and the pups love their time with Riza.

Riza was a fantastic trainer! She's very knowledgable. Her structured training is very detailed and specific and she is easy to talk to making the training easier for us. In the end I learned more about how to be a better dog owner more than how to have a better dog. My only regret is not having a before and after video to show the results. Nonetheless, I am very grateful to her for helping us out.
