I am doing some custom work on my vehicle: relocating the battery, new wiring, cold air intake, prepping for an offroad bumper; so I needed to buy different things from different places.On may way home from work around 4 pm. I stop at this place, the place is empty as in no customers. I ask to buy six bolts, the guy says he can't sell them to me unless I buy $5 worth. Forget that, I just went to Princess Auto just 2 minutes away.

The customer service here was absolutely horrible. We were clearly looking for something and not a single staff member greeted us or even asked if we needed help, they sat and stared and then chatted amongst one another. Certainly will not be back, will go to KMS Tools over this shop time and time again.

• I love this place. They have an excellent selection of all types of fasteners and their tool selection far outstrips the box stores. I have required hole saws and bits in sizes that other stores didn't carry but Calgary Fasteners did.

Let it be known, I have never been compelled to write a review before for any type of service. This just goes to show how outstanding the experience we had here. In the middle of a pandemic, our main man Jeff from Calgary Fasteners on 32 ave, went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This is particularly notable because during this time when customers are not allowed in the showroom (they had a table set up outside), Jeff was constantly running in and out of the shop for us as our needs developed (he even let us borrow his drill at one point- so we could test out the rivets we were shopping for). While we made him run around, supplying us with different rivets, he carried himself with a huge smile, a good sense of humour, knowledge, and helpful suggestions.Thanks a lot Jeff, your help was much appreciated!

Great place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Perfect place to find parts and batteries for cordless tools, attachments, tonnes of fasteners, SO MUCH MILWAUKEE, AND THEY EVEN HAVE CARBON FIBRE HARD HATS!!!! So awesome, hahahaha!!!!!!!

I have had occassion to go to Calgary Fasteners whenever I have unique hardware needs. My Wife recently picked up a chair from some folks that was destined for the landfill because the hardware was missing. Rather than take the chair back the vendor just shipped the people a new one. Once we sorted out how it had to go together we dropped in to Calgary Fasteners and they helped us find the right size threads and lenths to fit all of the different pieces. I cannot overstate how easy the entire process was from beginning to end.

Went in to find a pair of pretty odd sized bolts for a project of mine this summer. They didn't carry it, but the guy on the counter called around and found another place in town (a competitor no less) that did carry it. I was impressed, to say the least. They have a pretty good selection of tools as well.

The team here is fantastic. Able to provide me with excellent advice no matter what my project, these guys have it all. To top it off, the prices are extremely competitive and frequently the best anywhere. I know they go above and beyond to help me, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman at the counter (Jeff?) was super helpful in helping us get a rivet gun and various other rivets and bolts! Great service and patience!

Everyone who saw me asked if I needed help, and they were extremely helpful in getting all of the pieces I was looking for. The person helping me took extra time to look for something in the back to save me a trip to their other store, and they gave detailed answers to all of my questions. I'm often talked down to in hardware and tool stores but I was treated extremely well. Not sure when I'll have the occasion to go back, but I look forward to the amazing customer service again!
