I am really happy to be associated with them. I see so much of commitment and a quick response. All the work is done very professionally. If they have a branch in our country definitely I would give my properties to them to manage.

I was looking for an apartment 6 months ago and that was my first time renting an apartment. Therefore, I asked a lot of questions regarding my renting to UOOI property manager. And the property manager patiently explained everything I concerned. The after-move in services are also great.

Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a place. The company is completely unprofessional. They called us and told us they had approved us for a rental, then we never heard from them. Afterwards I called them and spoke to someone. They told us our approval was “on hold” and that they couldn’t provide us any more information. They then never contacted us and ignored every call. I’ve never had any issues renting a place before. Someone else I know tried renting the same unit and experienced the same thing. You apply to rent and then they completely ghost you. Fortunately I was able to rent another unit in the same building from a different property management company, but overall a terrible experience with Uooi. To tell someone they’ve been approved for rental and then cut contact is a whole other level of unprofessional.

Uooi were managing my apartment at Burquitlam from the very first day completion until sold recently. They are very reliable and approachable. Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. They especially offered extend communication with tenants during the selling process to work collaboratively with realtor and other professionals. I will definitely bring my another property to them for management once it completed.

I have rented an apartment managed by Uooi property management recently. Right from the viewing to application and renting process the entire team was very thorough and responsive. I found them very professional and helpful. There were some issues in the apartment once I moved in which they took care of promptly and worked with the builders to get it fixed quickly. I am happy with their service.

Been a Tenant for over 5 yrs. Very Professional and quick in response handling issues such as repairs and replacements if necessary. Always open in line of Communication as expected in a Property Management.

I have lived in the same apartment managed by Uooi property management for a long time,and I'm satisfied with their services. Two repairs happened during my tenancy (the refrigerator is not working, and the wheel under the moveable wall is broken). They all got repaired within a week, even under pandemics. I don't think I could fix it quicker than they can. Surely, I will extend my tenancy for next year.

I was skeptical about Uooi Property Management when I first came into contact with them, since I had never heard of them before. But the staff at Uooi have been very professional and helpful throughout the rental process. They were prompt in their replies and accommodating when I showed up unexpectedly at their office at 8 am. They answered my questions quickly and accurately and provided exactly what I needed. Would definitely work with Uooi again.
