Got a small hot chocolate that came to over $4. For that price I was expecting quality chocolate to be used but instead I got milk that wasn't hot and something that tasted like chocolate flavored sauce that was extremely sweet and was low quality. I regretted my purchase as soon as I tried it. By the time I left the mall, the drinks weren't hot and we threw them out because the last part of the drink was just syrup.

Désastreux !!! j’ai commandé 3 sandwichs, les bagels étaient secs, le cream cheese surette et granuleux les ingrédients réchauffés au micro ondes mon café chaud était froid !! Au prix payer il vaut mieux manger chez soi !! Une honte !!

During my visit, I experience good customer service primarily from the two employees working the front counter during my visits (back to back days). Both employees help me navigate Caffeine free tea and Vegan options. The Enerchia bar is à decent lightly sweet dry snack. When I drink the Pêche Abrigot tea, I feel like I'm tasting more tea bag and water than any of the tea (the tea bags don't seem to carry as many tea leaves as I'm familiar with). Heads up (from my most recent experiential understanding): a purchase is necessary to sit in the store. WiFi is available for customers.

El sabor del sándwich era bueno pero por parte del servicio muy malo, por eso las 3 estrellas. Deberían ser más amables sobre todo con la gente extranjera, ya que piensan que uno conoce tan bien el menú como ellos. El pan tenía un buen sabor, pero no regresaría.

First time I came, took 15 minutes before having my drink, then I came back today, hoping it would take less time, and actually it did took less time but I asked for a chaï latte and they gave me a matcha latte. Won’t recommend to anyone.
