Always a great experience. Wonderful people. Accommodating and attention to detail. Inexpensive repairs.*Update* I came in today with raggedy, broken nails. I had peeled off my acrylics a week earlier and the tips were chipped and split. I walked out with nails worthy of any bride for her wedding or just for the holiday season. They took my ideas and made helpful suggestions on how to make them better.

Went here as a last minute resort and upon walking in the ladies told me i didn’t have an appointment when i had call just 30 minutes prior. I am also hesitant of their treatment of darker skinned individuals as I was ridiculed for the length of my nails not only to my face but behind my back as I went to wash my hands while my lighter skinned friends were treated so nicely and taken care of. There is no apex on my nails and overall the gel is bumpy and my nails are misshapen. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re in a pinch like i was.

I got my nails done 2 days ago! And my nail’s is already falling of! While I was their I told the one nail tech to add more glue and she told me “no it’s fine” even tho the nails wasn’t staying on! my nails shouldn’t be already coming off! It hasn’t even been 2 weeks it’s only been 2 days they also didn’t clean the station after helping another client before me!

When I came into the shop, I was on time and ready with my reference photos. This was my first time getting nails done so I was nervous. While she sat me down at a station she bluntly said 'why do I always get the crazy people' in vietnamese and her coworkers laughed not realizing I spoke Vietnamese aswell.... All I did was show her the references I liked - what's so crazy about that lol.I got a full set and thought the nails came out okay but I won't be coming back.

This spa is my go to for my manicures and pedicures in London. Reasonably priced and offer up-to-date products and services. The ladies are very efficient creative friendly and attentive. I always leave this place feeling and looking fantastic.

My daughter, her friend and I went here for a ladies pamper day. We had a mani-pedi and enjoyed the service so much that we even added eyelash tinting too. The ladies that work her were kind, funny and very accommodating. They spent so much time and detail on applying sooo many jems on my daughter nails. The price is right too. Thank you ladies.

I came in for an acrylic set which said $33 on their price lift. They charged me $45 + tax. I didn’t get anything fancy at all. The nails looked nice but it would be nice if they updated their pricing as most nail salons in London don’t charge this price for an acrylic set…
