Update : went back for another visit and loved it even more. Still clean and great service. They are big on cleaning every two hours and ensure they take a pause to do so between groups. Even the cafe food has a great selection. Very easy to sit and enjoy a coffee while kids run around.Love this place! Very clean and kids enjoyed it very much! Fun for all ages :)

Had a great experience organizing a playdate for my son. Everything was managed and taken care of. From food, to cutlery to tables, balloons.. everything was supremely executed by the wonderful host Naba. The rooms are huge and has so much to offer. I didn’t expect it to be so good but I was very impressed and glad to have the amazing experience.The play area offers ample activities and space for the kids to enjoy variety of games, arcade, snacks & entertainment.The staff is super organized with placement of bands and play cards. Confirming everything beforehand on a personal call. With varieties of options to make your parties well managed & hassle free.By far the best facility with amazing options to host your playdates & parties.Thanks for the wonderful experience. We’ll be back for more.

Won’t be returning again. The fact that I need to pay extra for myself and my five month old, just to stand in the facility and watch my kids play, while I am baby wearing and very clearly not going to be going on any attractions is ridiculous. The facility is empty while we were there during the week, so seems like a very big money grab. So many other indoor play spaces with much friendlier staff (while waiting awkwardly in the lobby I had the pleasure of hearing one employee speaking very rudely to both children and adults). My kids were bored after 30 mins of playing and you end up paying a lot extra for additional play tokens, since you need to pay for everything separately. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Totally amazed. What an absolute gem of a place. My kids had a GREAT time. Credits goes to the Staff managing the floor (right from the ones who are at the reception, snack counters and the rest helping kids here & there). I would say this is one of the most spacious indoor playground I've been in GTA. Very clean. The food/snack is Halal (with an exception to Hotdogs) and are very reasonably priced, all the more reasons I loved this place. Definitely coming back here with kids.And to the Owner of Playlicious - Be proud of your diverse team who is making the experience for each Parent so pleasant !

Just attended a great birthday party here. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, excellent lighting, lots of activities to keep the kids busy. My son loved the bumper cars and playground/ninja warrior area. They have rock climbing and a small arcade too. Just behind the Burloak Outlet Mall. Glad the business made it through all the Covid closures. We will definitely come back to play here in the future.

Had a great experience here! Play equipment was very clean and well maintained. The climbing structure is designed that even my toddler could go by herself. The motorized animals was something new we’d never seen before and my 3 year old loved it. Definitely with adding this play area into your plans. Go in the morning if you can , it fills up quick!

We did a 4 hour party booking - that is the sweet spot. 2 hours is not enough time.Playcious is a fabulous place to book for a kids Birthday. It guarantees their activity so they aren't staring at screens the entire party. The packages are great - we didn't want the arcade credits and they kindly added more bumper car turns instead. The kids LOVED the bumper cars.The food was as expected - kind of dry party food, not that great pizza. FYI if you care, the Samosas are not mild - they were spicy. The décor was fantastic - so many options for girls and boys. We had the Unicorn theme for a 5th Birthday. Kids loved it.Staff are super helpful and accomodating! Minor hiccups with the play cards, all easily fixed. My main issue was with the grip socks you have to purchase as these socks are mandatory. Obviously, if you have your own then bring them. We purchased the bundle so each child would have a pair, but several parents were told they either didn't need them (which my party planner definitely didn't tell me) or they were told they needed to purchase them despite my having already done so for the whole party. When I raised this to management, they corrected it at once of course, but if you aren't diligent about these things, you'll have given the company money for free.Concensus: we would totally book again. I loved that they had everything so we didn't have to lift a finger.~$2000

Nice and spacious place for kids to play or host parties. They have various size host room to accommodate every size of group.Shoe free facility, well maintained and clean.

I absolutely recommend hosting your child’s next birthday party at Playcious Oakville.Firstly, it is one of the more cost friendly places in the area. Not cheap by any means but more affordable than other in-door party spots.The staff is incredibly helpful in setting up and cleaning up.Someone will call you the week before you confirm details of the party.Kids have a blast!
