Second time I have HAD to use their fed ex service for important documents. The staff was very impatient both times looking to fill required fields of address. Not every place in the world has cookie cutter street,number, postal code,state. I felt like I was wasting their time but in the end we didn't need the cookie cutter address. Would like to see customer service improved please

In the whole store, the only person working well is Lucas. He is the only one in the store who knows what is happening, who needs help, how to help them, billing, online things, photo, copying, parcel everything he does I have seen with my eyes. All the other people just doing time pass, going here and there doing just nothing. If he is not there do not go to you will waste your time.

I cannot say more amazing things about this location. I had to go in today and get a few things printed out in a bit of a rush for a tough event. Carson was so helpful and took care of all of my printing needs. Highly recommend!

At least four salespeople were in store. We were about the only customers. Not one person offered assistance. We were looking for a desktop pc.
