I highly recommend Council Ring Family Clinic to anyone who is searching for a family doctor!Dr. Moustafa is a great listener and takes time to understand my concerns. He shows respect and care towards me and my family and makes the necessary referrals in a quick and timely manner! He is very patient and clarifies any information I do not understand regarding my health!The doctor's assistant, Hina, is also very warm and caring!The entire staff is friendly and customer service is excellent!The clinic is always clean and tidy! Also, I love the fact that the pharmacy is right there, which is very convenient for me!My health has improved a great deal since I enrolled and started seeing Dr. Moustafa! Overall, I am very happy with the services that are provided and will definitely continue to refer others!The atmosphere is very positive!!!

Called for walk in appointment and was able to been seen right away.Didn't even have to sit down and wait as was taken in to see the doctor right away.Front staff was very helpful and curtious.Doctor was very professional and informative.

This Doctors office continues to provide a very comfortable and clean environment. Dr. Mustafa continues to offer kind, professional advice and the ability to share his passion for healthy living. Assistant Doctor Hina is very informative, personable, and caring. It's great to come to an environment that shows care to your well-being, puts you in a very comfortable place, and concentrates on building a relationship with their patients. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Dr. Mustafa and his practice. Ps. They share space with a pharmacy next door that makes things very convenient. #hiddenGem

I was looking for a new GP and was referred to this place. Dr. Mustafa was very cold, and said that he wouldn't be accepting me as a patient due to the antidepressants I am on, and that I should find a more experienced doctor (although my visit had nothing to do with my mental health). He was very quick to rush me out the door without even checking on what I was there for. Very unprofessional. I felt a strong sense of prejudice from him in the 3 minutes he gave me. I'd give him 0 stars if I could.

The front desk admin was very rude and grumpy with us when we had to reschedule our appointment to a later time due to a personal reason. She was rushing us into the room and trying to wrap up things before the clinic closes at 3pm. Customer service here = 0The doctor didn’t thoroughly examine patient. He asked general questions and gave useless advices after only 3 minutes examining.

Visited this clinic as I need to find a family doctor. Small, cozy place, pleasant staff. Doctor was calm and easy going yet knowledgeable. He made sure I understood my diagnosis and discussed lifestyle changes to better myself.Lots of parking. Short wait time. I will continue to visit this clinic.

This doctor is very bad. The first thing he said to me is “you didn’t show up last week” (I called to reschedule and gave proper notice). Then just stared at me when I corrected him. Not personable at all. Told me I was getting a referral and led me to the door without explaining anything. When I asked him to explain he told me I have anxiety (after seeing me for literally 3 minutes and asking no questions and not conducting any diagnostic tests. Rushed me out even though the office was completely empty. The receptionist told me I was weird. I went because they are receiving new patients. I can now see why. I will never go back here. The epitome of incompetence
