Really, really bad experience with the company...

Well this is the worst place to have your windows installed. No wonder they have 3.5 stars.They installed 60 x 66" window just over a year ago in my commercial space. I had a crack appear a week ago on the inside of my window. The crack is clearly coming from the frame

Service à la clientèle horrible. Refusent la responsabilité des dommages fait lors de l'installation. Employé aux plaintes arrogant.Très déçue, je ne recommande à personne. Mise en demeure à venir.

Une compagnie qui n'a aucun respect pour ses clients. Leurs sous-traitant ont abîmer notre peinture à DEUX endroits et ils ont BRULER le coutour de notre bain avec leurs outils ! Nous avons immédiatement avisez les sous-traitants , et ceux ci nous ont dit de faire un suivis avec PORTE ET FENETRE VERDUN. Ce que nous avons fait. Un homme nous téléphone de chez porte et fenêtre Verdun avec un air plus que frustré et nous dis que nos réclamation ne sont pas validé et qu'il ne peut rien faire pour nous. Il n'assume aucunement le bris que ses employés ont fait. La mise en demeure est en route assurément.

While I am happy with the end result, I have two issues that were not addressed by the sales rep:1) I was debating between some dark brown colors along with my neighbors who were also getting their door changed at the same time, and the sales rep convinced us to go with the same color of our window frames (light grey), which seemed like a good idea and he even confirmed that the color is standard for them so it wouldn't cost more. What we received is FAR from the window frames, much more so than you can attribute to aging of the windows (which were only recently installed within the last five years). The sales rep tried to pitch the blame on me claiming that he made it very clear that it was going to be a match at best and that it could vary quite a bit (he said nothing of the sort). He didn't even offer to come and appreciate the difference in person.2) We agreed that I would retain my existing door hardware and that I would accommodate for the decrease in thickness (my previous wood door was 2.25 thick) for the pin and fasteners. The new door was delivered with a 2 3/4" hole distance to edge

Ils ont très mal isolé les fenêtres et les portes de notre organisme.Nous avons dû faire affaire avec un autre entrepreneur pour bien isoler les fenêtres car certaines ne l’étaient pas. Lorsque nous avons enlevé les cadrages, nous pouvions voir a l’extérieur où il aurait dû avoir de l’isolation.Je déconseille cette entreprise.

Excellent service fournit par Patrice Bergeron qui a accompli un travail avec grande minutie, me permettant de conserver mes boiseries d’origine intactes, lors de l’installation de mes fenêtres.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They subcontract the installation to a bunch of inexperienced and unmotivated teams. Shoddy installation, cutting corners, no care to other's property. The install anything but confidence. Save your money and go to somewhere else.*Edit: The owner is fully aware of our issues. I had two calls with someone from PF Verdun. Both people even admitted how bad their teams were. The response below from the owner is just a smokescreen to make it seem like they care.
