Worked there once around 8 years ago. They kinda broke federal law regarding tax, as in you can select a box that states you will not be making more than the taxable amount that year and therefore, to not deduct tax.They deducted tax anyhow and then told me if I didn't like it to walk away. They're lucky I didn't contact the government regarding that.In terms of jobs, the site they sent me to was pretty terrible as I was a recycling truck swamper and had a driver who had the world's worst attitude problem but that's not their fault.3/5 because of the tax problem, which the staff should have known better than as they do not have the power to suspend federal laws and regulations.

Justin is a fair boss and doesn't judge or discriminate on race or appearance; if you do a good job he will keep you working.

I have always preferred WORKFORCE when I need temporary work, I have been all over the city working for them and never had a problem. The staff will try to help with anything you need in order to get to work. There is new staff recently and they all seem polite and friendly as long as you are respectful. They will also call you if they have jobs available! if it wasn't for WORKFORCE I wouldn't be able to pay rent!

Best temp agency i have been to. You are welcomed as you enter the door ( already better then 90% of buisnesses). You are not alianated based on your appirance. All the rulls are posted on everywall (; no excuses(; . Everyone gets the same opotunity at the start. I got work second day i came and Justin was very honest about how much work they have and weather or not i should come in on the days i slept through my alarm. Keep up the good WORK.force (:

i got hired on the same day that i walked in (this was several years ago) and landed a job minding their Children. The parents (owners of WORKFORCE) were not offensive in my opinion. Only problem i had was with their dog who tried to eat my shoe!

iWas Sent Out On The 1st Day iApplied There, water burst in a hotel and they sent out 15 ppl and we got breakfast and timmies by servepro and got a paycheck at the end of the day :). lots of friendly vibes. i recommend this place most definitely.

I hesitate to write a 5 star review for a temp place. I've worked at enough of them in my life. Your experience may turn out very, very different from mine. But I have to say I'm extremely happy I went in to Work Force when I needed a job.I was waiting on EI and didn't know if I'd make rent. I checked the opening times of a bunch of temp places and charted out a little map to follow the start times. It definitely helped that I had a vehicle. I started filling out my forms and just then a worker called in sick. It was short notice and they asked if I'd like to take the job. So I didn't even finish filling out the forms and I had a job already.I expected the place to be filled with sketchy people but it was just a couple people and they looked like sincere workers. The job was pretty easy. You do have to phone in every morning if you go directly to work to verify to them that you're in fact going to work that day. They may charge you for rental of vest, hard hat and gloves if needed so if you have those bring your own. At the end of each day you get paid via a paper check.The office is open until 6pm so you have a decent chance of getting back that day to get your pay. If not it will be ready the next morning at 5:30am. No long lineups. I've even had the afternoon staff call me close to closing to verify if I was coming in as they wanted to make sure I got paid!I ended up getting several weeks of work out of the deal at the same place and I'm still there. So quick work, decent work, felt safe at the office, fast pay, polite staff. Again, it feels weird to give 5 stars to a temp place but that was my personal experience. At the least I'd say give them a try. If you're responsible and ready to work you have a real good shot here. Good luck.

Great staff, very kind and accommodating. Was looking for a few general labourers for a small demonstration project. They were able to supply my staffing requirements until the project was completed. Quick to accommodate any last minute requests, will use then again for future projects

Not much parking, wheelchair accessible into building,staff is friendly,has some casual day labor,payed at the end of each day
