Today I called Rocker Roofing Inc to inspect/repair my roof. They came over promptly (the same day) and was able to repair it on the spot. Exceptional service and workmanship. I was able to get an honest opinion on the state of the rest of the roof. I will definitely call/hire them when its time to replace the whole thing.I am a very happy customer!

I recently used the services of Rocket Roofing to replace my roof that had cedar shakes to new asphalt shingles. Darrell responded to my message very quickly. He was very patient and not rushed. He came out the same day to provide a quote. Darrell spent over a hour going over the roof and outlined all the work he would do. I was very impressed with his mannerisms and right away felt confident that he would do a great job. His quote was detailed and was line by line of the job breakdown. He assured me it was a very accurate quote and not as estimate and he was true to his word as it was the final cost. He completed the job in a timely fashion and excellent level of detail and workmanship. We ran into a severe wasp problem and Darrell was stung several time. He never lost focus and pushed through the disruptions. I am located between Edson and Whitecourt. Rocket Roofing services the Whitecourt region. They stand behind their work and go out of their way to make their customers happy. They cleaned up so well when the job was done that one would never know the roof had been replaced. Great turn around and pricing with my home roof!

Rocket roofing replaced the shingles on our House in Whitecourt. Was quick to respond, the job was done very well and fast. His rates were the best we found.

As first time home owners we were super nervous about replacing our roof on our fixer upper home. We had no idea what we were doing and because of that got a quote from every company we could. We reached out to several local companies and received a lot of quotes. Although the prices were pretty close we knew within minutes we were going to go with Darrell because it was obvious he had the most knowledge and confidence in his work. His quick response time was the first thing I noticed when he got back to me after using his website, and when he arrived to our home he came well prepared. We had questions about our chimney and attic ventilation, and he knew exactly what changes did and didn't need to be made, and they were the same suggestions that our inspector had made prior to purchase. He gave us a quote on site, which no other company in town offered us. He was able to get the shingles, ventilation changes and new eavestroughs made and installed on our home and garage all within days and was able to answer every question I had. His employee who worked along with him was kind and hard woking. His quote and total price were the same which we really appreciated. It is obvious Darrell takes pride in his company and his work, his customer service went above and beyond what I had imagined. I've bugged him a few times since he's finished the job and he has always been kind enough to answer my questions which I really appreciate. Most importantly, our new roof and eavestroughs look great! We are extremly happy with Darrell's work and we feel very lucky to have had such a genuine person guide us through such a daunting renovation. If we ever need to replace another roof we will definitely go with Darrell again in the future! Thank you again!
