CELL ZONE(Iphone, Ipad and samsung repair)

They broke my phone beyond repair by using pillars on sim card reader. Also dropped it on the floor without case, then denied it when I saw it happen. Tried to say it was a different phone that dropped. Long story short. They said they would replace it but when I showed up 2 hours later they changed their mind and refuse to do the right thing.

Over time i have spent well over $1000 here, ive always wondered why a repair never lasts & im always forced to get a new phone.No longer will i bring my business to this con artist.How is it that a $200 LED repair, cracks as i set it on my desk at work? WHILE INSIDE MY OTTERBOX?!? (the guy tried to resell me my otter box that my phone was enclosed in)Nobody has the time, nor the MONEY, for your cheap care/quality.After reading multiple reviews im not suprised at what i have Read, & i hope ive gave some insight to what could become potential victims.Negative 5 stars, cellzone.

Had my camera lens fall out, went here for a simple fix. The man working used a brush directly on the camera lens, used a black permanent marker on the glass, then shot an excessive amount of super glue on the glass and put it back in place upside down. He didn't even try to be careful, I've never witnessed such little pride in someone's work. I ended up having to drive to Hamilton and dishing out an additional 100$ to have the back of the phone comeplcomp replaced. Don't trust the guys at this place, you're better off going somewhere else and spending a little more money to have it done properly. I'd personally recommended ubreakifix, they actually care about what they're doing and treat your phone with as much care as you would yourself.

New owners are fantastic, They actually do real board level work (replacing ic chips etc). Everywhere else in Brantford is only capable of screen replacements and board cleaning. Highly Recommend Cell Zone

I recently had my cell phone screen replaced at the Lynden Park mall Wireless Fix/Cellzone (these are the same business with 2 locations in the mall). After having the screen replaced I could not get my volume buttons to work. I was given a 30 day warranty so I returned to the store and told them the problem I was having. The man refused to look at my phone without charging me more money. He also swore up and down that there was no way he could have caused the problem. I had my phone looked at by a friend and he discovered that when the screen was replaced not only were they rough with my phone when they took it apart but they did not tighten the screws inside properly. All that my friend did was tighten down the screws properly and the volume buttons worked again. This problem I was having was in fact caused by the person that replaced my phone screen. I will not be using these stores again and would recommend that you do the same.EDITED- THE STORE I WENT TO WAS WIRELESS FIX" (NEAR BELL STORE) I WAS THEN WALKED TO A KIOSK IN FRONT OF BLUENOTES. "CELL ZONE". I DID NOT GO TO WIRELESS WAVE."

The glass for my camera broke (Galaxy S10e) and most other places wanted over 100$ for a full repair of the back of the phone. And that I would have to wait a few days for them to get the right parts.I went to these guys and they fixed just the glass for 30$, and had it done in less than 30 minutes from when I showed up. Amazing customer server, great prices, fast service. Will definitely go again for any further repairs I may need

Been going to u guys ever since I got my very first touch screen phone back 10 years ago roughly... always got good results and they didn't let me down... recently fix my back up phone that has my resume on it... and also the one sensor in my phone... thanks again very much appreciated and thank you for cleaning my buttons as well they needed it

Very upset with the way my cellphone was repaired. Yes, the price was good and it was done very fast, but the quality was horrible. I paid $75 to have my iPhone 6S phone screen fixed. When I got the phone back, the touch sensitivity was off and the resolution was horrible. I was very upset, but decided not to pursue a reimbursement because I thought it wasn't worth it. However, over time, the phone became worse and worse, where I couldn't even type or press buttons. I decided to go to Mobilemend to get it officially fixed, and am so glad I did!

Its a good positive customer suppoertive mobile shop. With all latest mobile equipments and contains every mobile brand in the store. They fixed my wife's screen. Horrible workmanship, within a few hours the home button fell into phone. Took it back to them, they fixed it again but made me pay for another screen protector because it got damaged when he fixed the button. Bad experience, will use a professional next time
