The workers there are very knowledgable and friendly. Unfortunately, the three times I had gone for my appointment were cut short due to the machine they had. I had bought a tattoo removal deal and had paid parking for my car since I had gone to their downtown location but all of my appointments were cancelled and rescheduled again and again because of the machine they had. The touch screen wasn't working apparently and the machine wasn't cooperating with anyone. They did refund my purchase and parking money but I am disappointed that I couldn't get my treatment done. I hope they get their machine fixed soon!!

Aesthetician is really good. You can rely on her. My dark spot on my face now it becomes lighter. And the removal of my mole was so amazing can’t wait for totally healing. Highly recommended clinic.
