Was worst experience ever, I arrived to the Emergency Room with severe back pain I couldn’t even set. The doctor did he’s regular check and ask to do more blood test and an X-rays. The nurse came back to take a blood, once she left another nurse came and ask me to leave the Room because no more Room available I told her that I can not set I need to lay down, she told me that she doesn't care I need the room. She was really Rude. I had to leave the hospital with No treatment.I do not recommend it

Had to come here during my Vancouver trip from out of province. Absolutely the worst hospital i’ve ever been to with very unprofessional staff, especially the doctor that examined me. First of all, wait time was super long. The doctor disregarded my medical history and dismissed everything I was feeling. Waste of time, google was more helpful than this doctor. They don’t care about you, they just want $. Extremely low quality of care. Waiting until my flight home to see a doctor that actually has compassion. Some doctors really need to evaluate why they entered this profession…

Waited 7 hours for seeing nobody. I’m in so much pain and had a fever but no one cares. I asked one of the nurses and she just said waiting for 7 hours in an ER room is normal………. If you don’t wanna die, then don’t come……

They want me to die. They told me a week of high fever of 39.5 degrees celsius is NORMAL! They told me to continue to wait and let the virus go away on its own. I can't breathe, for heaven's sake! If you're not on the verge of death, don't come here. Nobody here will care for you.

My baby and I were seen at the Richmond Hospital ER last night. We were triaged shortly after midnight and left at 01.45. My baby had a fever of 40.5C and 811 had suggested we go in to get her checked out. I'm very grateful to the compassionate care provided by Dr. Cecelia Kim and her team. She also reminded me that moms need to make sure to take care of themselves too. I really needed to hear that in that moment. Thank you so much for all you do for patients, we are so grateful!

I was having appendicitis issue and called 911 send me to Richmond emergency. It was very painful and I could not move my body and barely talk. All the staff helping me were so nice. Even though there was a nurse at reception acting mean, she refuse to help me. However, this one exception shall not be used to deny all the other people’s efforts. I was sent to hospital around 2am and supplied with pain relief and medication. The surgery was done 5pm, and I went home around 8pm. I really appreciate all the staff who helped me.

Experience is good but not really okeyy, The doctor and nurse here is pretty great. But I feel the front desk 's additude is problems.Add. I don’t know is the front desk being dismiss or? But I love to say more about that experience that time. I feel not good so I go to the hospital then because I hold my phone front desk say are you camera opening and taking vedio?” I was wondering why you so upset and caution just seeing a phone holding by hand? Is there anything you even think it’s not good?
