Great room with place to park the car. Luc was such a nice guy with an even friendlier dog. The room was clean and it has everything needed to have a nice stay. Location is not ideal, there’s only one restaurant in the area and we had to drive a while for the closest supermarket.

This is a very small property (only three rooms!) with meticulous care for cleanliness and comfort. The bed was super comfortable. There is a small kitchen area (which is helpful because when we were there, there was only one restaurant in town-it's good but it's nice to be able to prepare your own!) and a gigantic bathroom, even a gas fireplace. Luc is a wonderful host with lots of ideas for things to do in the area.

Haven't stayed here yet but a friend and I met Luc while having lunch in Field and he was so lovely - as is his beautiful dog! He showed us around his place (with all the updates) and we can't wait to go back and stay there. Has everything you need for a quiet getaway.Thanks Luc and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Canadian Rockies Inn is a gem in Field. The suites are spacious, beautifully renovated and super clean. The bed is very comfortable and I had a great sleep. I highly recommend staying here and I will be back soon.Thanks for a great stay Luc!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Coffee maker, coffee and tea, kettle and microwave, fridge, dishes. Bed is very comfy, tv had satellite channels with plenty to choose from, great view of the train tracks and mountains. Luc is a good host and available to answer any questions. Also made recommendations of stuff to do. He also has a friendly dog who waits at the back gate and is always happy to see you. We will be back. Thanks!

This is a find that you will be boasting to your friends about and then planning to come back to!Field is a cute little town in Yoho Provincial Park. The lodging is the old police station that has been remodeled into 2 very comfortable furnished apartments. The furniture exceeds what you would expect to find with a leather couch and recliner and a beautiful wood dining table. I love to cook and the kitchen was well set up to meet all my needs and everything seemed new. The king sized bed had one of those upscale foam mattresses so you wake up in exactly the same position you went to sleep in...no rolling around to get comfortable. If you are not into the touristy scene this is the place to chill after a day of hiking. The Truffle Pigs Bistro in Field has excellent food and is just steps away. The Velvet Antler Pottery and Gallery located just across the street is an old house filled with beautiful pottery where you can watch them throw pots. One night a week a volunteer gives a walking tour of the town and the history. Dealing with Luc the owner was a pleasure. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us lots of tips on where to hike and what to see and do. He made sure we had his number and wanted us to call him with questions about anything. He was there when we checked out to make sure we gave him feedback on anything to improve on (which was a short conversation).These are pretty sweet digs...

Wonderfully cozy! We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day. The place was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was the best I've slept on in a while. Luc was friendly and welcoming. Field was a cute place! I highly recommend.

Great place to stay near Yoho National Park. Field is a little town in the middle of the mountains. Not that busy as Banff. You will have to get your groceries in advance though, but this hotel/house is really comfortable and brand new. Recommended!

Luke puts genuine care into his property. It's beautifully done, ultra clean and he went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. I highly recommend a stay here!

As two couples staying in the two bedroom suite, we felt like were at home from the moment we entered. The contemporary space was clean, tidy and well-equipped. We got a hot plate from Luc, the owner, which allowed us to make our meals for three days from food we brought with us. This was especially convenient since is no real grocery store in Field, nor many restaurants. With the windows closed and secure, the place is sound proof which is great for keeping out the constantly screeching train wheels from the nearby railway. Field is a great place to anchor your exploration of Yoho: all the main sites are minutes away. While a tad expensive for a place with no housekeeping, we enjoyed our stay here.
