Kelly and Tarina ensured our wedding day ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed and more! I cannot recommend SAY Events Co enough.We chose their two month takeover services and they were with me every step of the way from the moment we first spoke. They coordinated décor and made my vision for the day a reality - and fit with my budget! Kelly was quick to respond whenever I reached out. She helped me not only with the multiple changes and quirks of a pandemic wedding ceremony and navigating the ever changing public health requirements, but also with any wedding planning anxiety or concerns.Their expertise regarding the wedding industry, vendors, wedding timelines, and coordination was invaluable. As a bonus I just adored working with them as they are fun, kind, people. I would recommend SAY Events services to anyone looking for expert wedding planners for their day.

Tarina and Kelly knocked our wedding day out of the park. They truly went above and beyond to make our day as amazing as it was. Through multiple hiccups during the planning process, they helped us adapt and helped take away much of the stress we were both feeling leading up to our day. When it came to our wedding day, we were absolutely blown away by the finished product and we can not thank them enough.

We dealt with Kelly and Tarina in the early stages of our wedding planning. We took the “Two Month Takeover” package and Kelly became our lead planner and led our decor design. They provided service and touch points at times during the 12 month lead up to our big day. They were very organized and provided great vendor referrals as needed. We had a lot of personal items shared for our decor and Kelly was beyond accommodating with working with our vision. On the day of our wedding, we had a tight timeline but Kelly and the team kept everything running smoothly. The decor looked stunning and they helped execute our day in a manner that took all the stress off of us. Shannon and Lola also assisted on our wedding day and they were both great. From ensuring everything was set up timely to helping the groomsmen with boutonnières, bridesmaids with their bouquets and fixing the flower girl’s bubble wand - we couldn’t have had a more perfect day without this amazing team!

As a fellow event vendor, I love every opportunity that allows me to work together with the SAY Events team! Kelly & Tarina are so talented with design and very experienced with executing events of all kinds. They really get to know their clients and are very capable & experienced with handling all event aspects. I have worked with them for multiple weddings, bridal showers, baby showers and styled shoots and they always produce beautiful, well-managed events while maintaining a professional yet fun team environment.

Kelly and Tarina made my gender reveal outdoor event of 50 people just as I dreamed and brought it to real life. Not only that, but I planned the entire event with them from Michigan for my Surrey party, since I hadn't been home in almost 2 years due to COVID. I'm Indian and have been to many parties as well as hosted them. Kelly and Tarina made the entire experience stress free and it was the most enjoyable party I had ever been to in my life. Thank you so much for making this day so fun and enjoyable. They are worth every penny. I will be using them for every event of mine and my family's in the future. Love them!!!

Tarina and her team were the most AMAZING planners/people that I could have hoped to work for. On top of being super organized, efficient, knowledgeable and professional, the Say Events teams are just top tier people. I literally did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew Tarina and Kelly had everything under wraps. I just woke up and let them move me through the day, and it was utter bliss! People say their wedding days are a blur, but I remember every minute of mine and I think it's because I didn't spend a single second worrying or thinking about what was coming next. Kelly, Tarina, and Say Events did an amazing job planning my wedding. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an event planner! We felt important to them. They were attentive, easy and fun to work with, and professional. After every meeting with them, we ended the meeting feeling extremely confident, comfortable, and excited. The constant feeling of reassurance we had from being in their hands minimized the stress that we had leading up to the event and on the day itself. They have strong relationships with many other (talented) local vendors, which was such an asset. They handled everything on the big day for us, and it was smooth and fabulous.
