Have not enjoyed my last few visits there. Have started going to another to get laundry done. Got into heated debate with attendant. Concerning a AB&B that's been coming in taking up most of the machines. Leaving next to none for customers that's been taking their business there for years. Laundry room attendant very unprofessional. I'll spend a lot less time there. Just going to use up value that's on my card.

The best self laundry in the Niagara Falls City. The attendant was very nice to us even we came very late few minutes before the laundry cut-off. She guided us through on how to use the washer and dryer. She also gave us dryer sheets and powder detergent. If you guys stays near the area and needs to use some laundry, I recommend you guys to go here.

I had a great experience today with Tammy. She was polite, friendly and professional. I never been to a laundromat before and she showed me all the ins and outs. I appreciated all the help Tammy had to offer and I will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you Tammy !!!

Got a laundry bag full of clothes done for $5, which is much cheaper than where I used to live. The card system was easy to understand. The building was clean. They even give out free soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Overall, I have only good things to say.

This is my first time in decaades using a laundry mat. I came here because it has the best reviews and I know why. When I got here, I chatted with a couple of customers and even the customers are nice. Very clean and you get discounts on the washers and dryers. I haven't done this in so long but I found my place.
