Hi, I would like to share my honest experience with NC Beauty spa because I know a lot like me looking for the perfect place for laser hair removal.I been suffering from facial hair and did every kind of laser you might heard of for years and nothing worked for me until I came a cross NC beauty spa in my search of new hair removal technology, I’m very happy so far with my laser hair removal results.This my third session and already facial hair is 80% lessI was so happy that I started doing other part in my body.Very friendly staff, Spa always spotless and very sanitary.

It was a great experience. They were all very nice and it was a very clean environment. They definitely care for their customers and put their needs first, I have went 3 different times for my acne to get Microneedling done and I am already seeing great results my scars have been healing significantly and my skin is left smoother. Overall I highly recommend trying them out they provide a great service!

DO NOT GO THERE.....Worst place ever for lazer hair removal. They don't admit thier fault and blame the customer. There are 2 ladies working and both cover each other's mistakes. I don't recommend anyone to go there. It's just wasting of your time and money. NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

They are amazing! I have been getting areolase and micro needling for the past 4 months and I can confidently say that my acne has significantly been reduced as well as scarring. I’ve tried quite a few other places before coming here and I only wished I found NC beauty spa sooner.

Only Aerolase cleared my Acne that I was worriying about for so long. hAppyI didn't have to take oral antibiotic.Clean environment. Friendly & welcoming ladies.

Lovely Ladies! Clean Spa. Best result for my laser hair.And done 2x of Aero laser for my Acne and already see big difference. Thnak God tried it before taking Acutane.

Had a hydra facial here on Feb 10. I had good experience with them previously with laser hair removal, so I wanted to try what facials were like. But omg, it was one of the worst facials I’ve ever had. This review being 2/5 accounts for the fact that laser was good here and the ladies were nice.For a 200$ facial, one would expect at least a somewhat relaxing treatment. I’ve had hydra facials before so I have at least a point of reference.1. Machine was breaking down. It was actually pretty scary. Had to sit for about awkwardly while other people came into the room and they noisily figured out what to do. And then after they “fixed it” the machine was still sounding like it was struggling. Serum/liquid from the machine was splashing back at my face. Yea, it was sucking as well, but some liquid was spilling out and just splashing back. This didn’t happen at previous hydra facial.2. Definitely not relaxing at all I was just nervous the machine would damage my face because I did not trust it at this point.3. Somehow my nose piercing was pulled off during this facial…. How does that even happen? It never happened in any other facial I have had. I only found out after the lights turned on and I had to get dressed, I tried looking for it but it was nowhere to be found. I didn’t want to waste anymore time there so I just accepted my losses lol and got out.4. I’m surprised the lady who did my facial didn’t let me know as soon as the nose ring fell off during the facial. It seems she just let it fall off and didn’t acknowledge it.Anyway, definitely not a 200$ worth experience I’m even surprised from the customer service aspect they didn’t offer anything even like a 10% discount as an act of good graces that the machine broke down during a facial. Wont be coming back here for any treatments.

Narmeen & Christine are very professional, kind and give good advice regarding any treatment you are interested about. I have done around 6 sessions of laser with different body parts and all very good results. Their equipment is trust worthy and their prices are good. They have a lot of different treatments in this spa and I looked forward to coming back for facials and acne scar removal.
