Whitehills Childcare Association

We have been using using Whitehills before and after school care inside of our school for around 6 years. We were very lucky to have one staff member the same every year and she has been fantastic!! Great group of people highly recommend them.

I love the staff at whitehill child care.they are friendly caring and pationt with kids .They look at kids need and interest and plan accordenly.my son is gooing to another school this sep and we are both sad he is leaving whitehill.

Everything was going well until his primary care giver left. Then staff changed againand the coordinator. No communication from the day care, even though we were part of All kids belong". Children were calling him bad boy and staff didn't do anything about it. The staff and new coordinator didn't communicate with All kid's belong ."

Abused my child. Without notice get my kid out of the school due to head lice; although we checked and there were no sign of lice in her hair.

I did Covid test everyday or two days once before we send him to the daycare .I want take care of him because I will be having so many calls in my work . He was taken off 2 weeks and on top of that he will be sending back to home because he will be having cold and cough with reason .I know that Covid is making more trouble . One or two time is fine . If it is happening frequently we can keep him at home only . I am not happy with this service . I do not have options and want someone help . But I feeling very stressful with this service .I took him to the doctor and doctor says that no medication and everything normal . Even did X-ray .doctor confirmed everything looks good .Also , fee should be refunded if he is failing Covid screening .
