Colborne Place is a Plaza that I've shopped at for years at the Factory outlet,loony toony,and No Frills.Theres ample parking and different routes to enter /exit out of the property.Covid guidelines are definitely being followed and adhered to.There is also Sharkeys pool hall and other business as well.

Stopped at factory direct for a AC unit, and ended up walking out with more. Great prices and the staff are wonderful, very quick and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the young man who carried the ac unit out for us and loaded in the trunk.

Parking lot can be brutal with people coming and going and not looking before crossing the parking lot road. Be on the lookout for rolli g shopping carts so they don't crash into your car. Friends kid let his go and she bought the lady a new bumper for a tiny dent. I had almost caught the cart too just before it crashed into their bumper. Close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. Lol. Ended up costing like $300+

Nice little plaza. Major tenant is NoFrills who always has a fresh selection of produce. Better to shop for your groceries here and the prices are always great. They do price match. Most people think that the more expensive supermarkets are better but, and a big but is NoFrills has a larger turnover making their produce fresher. Plaza also house a subway, a pizza pizza and factory direct. Also a few other tenants that's worth looking into while you do your grocery shopping.

The plaza is mixed with some good stores and some ok stores.No frills is a good grocery store. The dollar store is so so. Other stores I have not gone into so cannot comment.The parking lot is big but could use some resurfacing as some areas are really rough and has big pot holes.

Came by on a Friday during Bonus Points Days. The items on my list were in stock so I left a happy customer. It does get busy at this plaza on Fridays after school and works hours so expect lines. I will definitely be back!
