Jessica is so lovely to work with, very friendly and helpful. I love how they have so many products online as well (Check out their heated kin tape, T Spheres, and Apollo products!!) Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, family owned business. I took my daughter today to get ballet shoes and the owners were so helpful - they sat her down, helped fit her, and even showed me how to do a “ballet bun” in her hair. Love this place - great hours and great service.

MOD is a hidden gem and definitely worth checking out. Their leggings are the best. My daughter lives in them. She also loves the bra tops and bodysuits we purchased. MOD dancewear brand is great quality and made locally in Brampton. I have bought their products for years and they will continue to be one of my go to places for my daughter’s dance and active wear needs.

There was small mistake with one item, and staff responded quickly, professionally, and with a solution much better than I was hoping for. Will happily shop here again. Amazing service. The owners really help you and your dancer with everything you need and make sure you have all the correct items before you leave the store. The store is beautiful inside. The prices are great and reasonable. MOD is really a one stop shop for all your dancing needs. Imagine dance wear, now imagine incredible customer service, great ownership and affordable prices. Don’t delay and try to get what you need elsewhere. MOD also have everything you need online!!

I saw a picture of a costume on Pinterest that wasn’t linked to a company, but my daughter had to have it for one of her competition dances. I spent days tracking the costume and finally traced it back to My Own Design. It had been a few years since they made this particular costume, but still they were willing to recreate it to my daughter’s measurements. I couldn’t believe it when they shipped it to me within just a couple of weeks after my initial phone call. Now that’s amazing customer service! The costume is absolutely gorgeous, even more stunning than the picture, and the quality is outstanding. This is the first of many costumes that we will be ordering from My Own Design.
