Most staff are friendly...we asked some questions and had a sales agent throw a fit ..he packed everything up and walked away from our purchase. Rise needed to smoke 1. My wife refused to buy me any Christmas goodies after the way this guy acted towards us. Hopefully you get the right crew

Amazing selection, wonderfully friendly staff that always go above expectations. Whether it's a nice convo, sharing a story, giving you some free candies or even some matches or a lighter or rollies or whatever is needed to get your through is spectacular. Never once have i had a better experience from a dispensary. The people running it do an outstanding job

My favorite cannabis store in victoria. Great prices, but the best thing about this store is the tablets to choose what you want to purchase. I find other store difficult to shop at unless you are a seasoned cannabis enthusiast, and already know exactly what you want. You choose the items on the tablet and the budtender prepares them for you. Friendly staff.

I came in and purchased a 14 pack of the flix and chill joints and I opened the package to realize that the joints are MUCH smaller compared to the joints in my 7 pack of kush punch and they both claim to be 0.5g. I also work in a dispensary and this definitely needs to be addressed with the supplier. These joints are not 0.5g, they are 0.3g being passed as 0.5g.Just a heads up that Rise will not take any item back regardless if it is defective or not. They refused to give me a refund and instead offered me a discount on my next purchase. So not only did I loose 1.4g on my purchase but they wanted me to make another purchase in order to rectify my defective item. Pineapple express or Riverside in sooke DO exchange or refund if there is a problem and I am sure others do too. It's a safer bet to shop at places that will not make the customer take a loss if the item is defective.

Had a terrible experience trying to exchange a faulty product. Came back 10 minutes after I purchased it, and they refused to exchange but offered me a 25% discount. Saving 10$ when I lost 50$ is a joke. Will not be coming back ever again. They're completely overpriced as well. Checkout literally any other dispensary and stay away from these crooks.
