Well I can’t say yet how effective they are as they were here earlier today. What I can say is the young man was on time as quoted and he was very professional , polite and gave me some helpful advice. He said if I had any issues to call and he’d be back to resolve any issue I have So I’m pleased overall so far!

Ryan (Quispamsis NB) has been extremely fantastic for us in our situation. He arrived early. Was very friendly, personable, helpful, caring and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He patiently answered all of our questions and came up with a plan that put our minds at ease. I don't think it would be possible to have a better experience than we have had with Ryan. He's the BEST!

Called for carpenter ants - just sprayed this morning so time will tell but they were on time and professional. Also came within 36 hours of first call which was impressive.

Our exterminator Joe showed up when he said he was coming with all the information we needed. He was patient and answering all my questions and concerns. This company is very thorough and follows through with their products and treatments. Nobody likes to have to call an exterminator, but if you do Terminex is what my family recommends.
