They built our dental office. They provided the shortest schedule due to their in house millwork shop. They almost stuck to the schedule too but got delayed because of glass delays. They provided detailed timelines and were very fair on the few occasions when there were issues and they were VERY supportive. The project managers were great to deal with. They have maintained a great relationship with us. We won't deal with anyone else.

We had Terilin do a renovation. They gave us a timeline of 4 months and 750k budget. They hired an independent architect that had no idea what he was doing or how to deal with the City. Terlin was hired as construction experts. They did not do soil samples to see where the bedrock was. Therefore we had to spend expensive piles for a foundation. They also based the small renovation on a wooden structure. They changed it to structural steel that exponentially increased the cost. The schedule was 4 months, 6 months or not enemies 10 months but 13 months and still a lot was done properly. We would give them a bad rating on the better business bureau but they aren't registered. This company did a terrible job. Their final budget ballooned from 750k to $1.5 million. Not sure in I can give them less than one star. DO NOT use this company to renovate a dog house.
