Just watched these guys install a gas line in st cartherines.. They are the absolute slowest and you can tell they get paid by the hour. Work for 2 minutes stop and talk about it for 20. Supervisor showed up and stopped them to talk about the game last night. I've seen Aecon do the same work if not more in a 1/4 the time and they are literally in and out like an assembly line

Bad service for a 1m gas line install. They take forever, and just show up without a consultation. The crew could not take the time to plan the job and ended up hitting my water service. But they fixed their error. The crew was mostly standing around while one guy worked. The new gas meter stanchion was not even bolted to the foundation; I had to fix it myself and these guys made it sound like they were launching the space shuttle.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero to this company. They do not complete the work on promising week; moreover, the woman with carribean accent is very rude when you call to follow up on the work. Very unprofessional work. I used to work at Enbridge gas for 6 years in the past and have seen that evrything was going smooth when Linkline used to run the underground service lines for Enbridge. Hope Enbridge would re-consider before renewing contract with NPL in the future considering how sloppy, slow and bad customer service that NPL is providing to Enbridge customers.

These guys are the best well coordinated , resourceful, polite and helpful. Keep up the good work.

NPL was contracted by Enbridge to excavate under my driveway paving stones to turn on a new build's gas. They promised to come back quickly to fix the driveway and were there less than 24 hours later! In contrast, when the gas was shut off originally it took 10 months and 6 phones calls for Enbridge to fix it. NPL even offered to put down some sod next to the cut and seal the paving stone with polymeric sand! Staff were super polite. Just amazing.

Hey NPL,Maybe you should teach your drivers the rules of the road.Which doesn’t include CUTTING TRAFFIC OFF BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE GOING.Not only did it almost cause a collision, but this male driver proceeded to raise his hands at me because I was going to let him on. The quality of work is average. I would give it a 65%. To give them credit they can work efficiently. They are pretty organized with the rough construction work. Where they are not so good is in the finishing and finer details. The finishing work they did at our complex with the landscaping and the gas meters visible to the public is done okay but not impressive. They were not able to restore it back to its original form. The cobblestones did not line up properly. They said they didn't have pictures to reference it. They had pictures when we complained about other areas. They left clay clumps on the ground and did patch work to fix the lawns instead of fixing the entire lawn. The piping and meters that were installed; some of them were rusting. This is a gas meter. So I would not recommend their work.

The crew was very polite and worked hard to install pipe along the hwy. They followed all the safety measures and were very efficient.Very friendly and curtious group of people and was my pleasure to work with them.

As a neighbour to a new gas line install, I did not expect NPL workers to be in 25' into our yard in my garden spray painting on a property that had nothing to do with their job. They did nothing to notify us that they would be blocking our driveway and the street. It's not difficult to be courteous.
