I am new to London Ontario and I feel very lucky to have found an excellent doctor practicing out of a clinic that excels in putting the patient first. The staff are all very helpful whether on the phone or when I have an appointment. Thank you so much for making staying healthy so much easier.

I have a very difficult time getting a hold of anybody at your clinic. I’ve now been on the phone with you for over an hour trying to get through. There is no option to leave a message and no indication of how to make an appointment any other way. Very disappointing.

Simran is the best receptionist in the clinic. She has great customer service skills. She answers all queries very politely and professionally. Always gets back immediately after a voicemail and follows up all tasks in hand.

Tiffany at the front desk is always so pleasant. It makes a difference when you are not feeling well. Dr. Mirza is very attentive and explains things thoroughly. Very thankful for a quality health care team.

We totally feel blessed to have Dr. Mirza as our family doctor. She is an extremely compassionate, kind and professional Dr. With my husband we have a health care background and her human touch makes me think that she is the type of person that loves her profession and values her patients. Another important thing I want to share is the AMAZING costumer service we have received from Tiffany. She is just a great leader, very concerned about the patients needs, always looking forward to offer the right solution and one very important piece...she has been always there for us. Great doctors and staff. Disappointed though to find out that Tiffany is no longer office staff. She was always the best at returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner. It was always a pleasant experience hearing her on the other end of the phone.

Doctors are great but the staff are bad in terms of answering calls or replying back.. I have been calling for the last week every day every hour no respond at all. Even when I needed them before same thing no response i had to drive all the way to the clinic.. I need my doctor very urgent and I can’t reach out to her.. this’s unacceptable .. answering calls is the most important thing in any clinic and unfortunately I’m thinking of changing my Doctor because of this serious issue I can’t reach her whenever i need to although I love my doctor she’s great!! I’m not happy at all
