Matt Bechard was the first person to answer my inquiry on a property I was looking at in Chatham and to follow through. I was originally looking at small houses and believe me we saw a lot! and as not from here he made a Hugh effort to compliment my time. He never gave up we spent over 3 months looking and eventually I landed a 2 bedroom condo. Due to the nature of my Job, I am on the road most of the time and often had to rely on Matt and my parents to check out place's for me, but I felt like Matt had a good sense of what I like and along with my Mum. During this process Matt has gone above and beyond- the latest tracking down my mailbox key as previous owner took with him and deliver to my parents-also stopping by to see new place painted and of course wine!!!
