TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Does not answer the branch phone, incompetency in completing simple tasks. Do not recommend using this branch.

The people working behind the counters 5 stars, the one's in the office's zero it can take a month to make changes like adding a spouse to investment account.TD Waterhouse is best of all and have tried others like BMO and RBC

A lot better than the branch at Chingacousy & Wanless. The team here should teach the guys at Wanless how to operate a bank. ATM actually works, service is expedient & polite enough. Years ago I even got an impromptu meeting with a TD advisor when I had a CRA tax emergency. Took time out of his busy schedule to sit with me.

Worst bank to deal with. Have business account and been depositing checks through app which goes on hold for 5-8 days. Bank says if you deposit regularly they wont go on hold. Been despositing since january. And when you go in branch to deposit the check hoping it wont go on hold because you need the funds right away. Guess what? It doesnt work! Despositing on app doesnt count as despositing in branch.Really sucks! Will be closing my account soon and moving to another bank!

It’s quite disappointing and quite surprising how the norms of formality and professionalism have touched new lows in this location. The guy at one of the front desks had a chewing gum in his mouth while helping a senior citizen. I pondered the audacity of some people to show such mannerism inside a professional setting with their mouths open while chewing a gum. I just don’t understand how the management works and what’s the protocol to be followed. I belong to a small business setting myself, but we deeply care for the conduct and professionalism even though we’ve no prior training. What a disgrace!!! A new low in TDs protocols.

This is a five star branch all the way! The staff is always smiling ear to ear and super welcoming. I’ve been using this branch for close to 15 years now. If I ever have an issue at any other branch, I know I can come here to get treated like royalty! From the bank manager to the tellers, top-notch service! This branch is always super clean and lots of parking. They have a drive-through for your quick needs and two machines inside the doors that are open 24 hours. Thank you for always taking care of all my banking needs!

Very unprofessional staff. They don’t even know how to deposit a certified cheque. Wasted my 1 hour I’ll highly recommend please don’t visit this branch manager to clerk all are uneducated

We booked a meeting to inquire regarding mortgage rates and guidance with first steps to home buying. Unfortunately, the meeting felt like a waste of time. No plan was initiated, we left with as much information we had coming in. We were told to email him important documents (T4s), so we did. We even emailed twice, yet received no response. Would have even appreciated an email saying “Sorry, nothing can be done at the moment” but nothing. Overall, it felt like we were not taken seriously.Thankfully, we went to a different branch in Mississauga and it was a completely different experience where we felt like our time was valued and we gained a great deal of information.
