Didn't buy anything. Went for advice on luggage repairs when my suitcase was damaged during flight home. Very knowledgeable staff, explained process for repair to me and made it much easier when I filed a repair claim. It was very good advice, claim was quickly adjudicated and I received funds to repair or replace and a discount code for my next flight. A very good experience thanks to Bently staff.

We went in for warranty issue and were dismissed. This isn’t even a huge issue, most employees at this level have no training or authority for this. We did not appreciate when the manager came out while we were still in the store shopping and started talking about us with the employee as if we were clueless, with other customers in the store and everyone could hear... I am sorry the staff at this location have no professional retail manners.

worst customer service!!! they know you need some help but nobody came even they see you having trouble with pricing, when you ask if the luggage is in promotion with different tag, they forget to put the yellow tag on some luggages and it made me desperate for my purchase!! better shop online and just pick it up, if you want to do business, you have to be helpful and make a good reception!!! not gomma shop there anymore
